One of the slowest Trulieves ever. Doesn't even matter if you put an express order in you still wait 45 mins.

Went to the PG location a few months ago and this particular occasion was extremely unpleasant. There were 3 associates present. The young man with the dark beard and what I believe was the manager were extremely unprofessional. During my entire transaction, the bearded guy frequently paused to address the lady mgr/associate complaining that he wanted to go home. For the entire 10 min (seemed longer) he and the woman exchanged unpleasantries with F bombs being every other word. These people need to be replaced with new associates that actually want a job. I filled out the feedback form online and never received a response. Other than that, there are maybe one or two that are actually pleasant. PC location is 1000 x's better. read more

Called at 10 in the morning to ask if they had something available. 12 minutes later I hung up. There are to may dispensary's around to put up with 0 customer service. Won't ever go there or bother calling . Last time I was there I asked if they delivered they said no . The store in port Charlotte will but I don't know any details. Lol good answer. It's always so slow! There are plenty of employees in the back, but they often take 1, maybe 2 people at a time & make us wait while they eat pizza. I've never had this experience in Port Charlotte. They are always very busy but hardly ever a wait. I will only go to the PG location if I don't need to drive to PC. read more

Worst customer service on Sunday. They turn over staff like crazy. Including managers. Multiple employees use "oh but they are express" to manipulate the line. I HEARD one customer say he's a walk in. Manager claimed she's short staffed. Everyone is short staffed, not.the.answer. No consistency with checkin procedures either. Product is stellar. read more

Like all trulieve dispensaries, the Punta Gorda Trulieve is clean and all of the employees were kind. I put in an order online 4 hours before I walked into the store. the employee at the desk said that they were short staffed so they package it when i arrived... it would have been nice to know that 4 hours ago... once I was in the store they took all the walk-ins before filling my order I waited in the lobby for an hour... will not be coming back ever again read more

I was so thrilled when Trulieve came to PG, but the powers that be need to see how badly they need an app, and that their supply chain is somehow broken. They introduce something new, then for the next several weeks, it is not available. Very frustrating. I also find the check in and wait, go in to the lobby and wait, then go back to the shopping room, and wait some more just about as frustrating as product outages. Please Trulieve, figure it out. read more

This store closed on New Years Eve 20 minutes before closing time. They turned away like 10 people while I was there and all of them were there before the 6pm closing time Some of them checked in on line up to 10 -20 minutes before, because they were not supposed to be closed. The guy behind the desk said everyone was flipping out for their weed before the holiday. The security guard with the mustang wants trouble with people and to argue and be confrontational. I'll go somewhere else! Also they were not practicing CDC guidelines for social distancing. There were people on the floor and I was standing no six feet between and no using the check in and wait outside through texting like their other dispensary. The option is there to be safer than that rather than worrying about closing early. read more

I'm getting fed up with some employees .My partner and I are always friendly to all staff and tip well and give a nice income to trulieve so we are considering looking elsewhere for the reason of the mask Nazis ! We both wear are mask ,even though I have a medical condition that I should not wear one ever I'm forced to there ,No wear else but trulieve ,I wear it to be considerate of others .But some of the females including the female security thing loves to harass in your face while your fixing your mask ,No they can't wait one second when it's already on your face they hurry get in your face break their own policy disregarding 6 feet policy come right in your face ,it's clearly not about safety it's control . Some employees just love to boss people around they get high on it but I'm done being treated rude !!!! No more bad service or I will leave for good ! And no more tips to ride employees .You girls there know who you are ! Your stupid and have no manners ,your your own words enemy ! Kisses me off that I have to tip someone just to get what I need for my health when they are that rude . Karma is a bitch and I do know for a fact ! that all businesses that are acting like mask Nazis will suffer tremendous loss of business soon enough .
