One woman I spoke with, who had a one item preorder pick up said she had waited at least twenty minutes so far. Finally, around the 25 minute mark, a friendly rep came to the check-in window, taking our I.D.'s in the order we arrived. From that point, one-by-one, every other person in the room was called. Even the folks who "walked-in" after me. Then, I was called. When I left, the waiting room was totally empty. I estimate my total time was 45 minutes. There is NO organization at check in and they sure don't keep FIFO order at check in. I will NEVER go there again. I highly recommend SunnySide on Del Prado, which has a drive thru.
