i put in an online order for a 1G cart, when I got there I paid for it and left. I got home and looked at the box and it was a .5G cart. I called immediately and spoke to someone who apologized and said they would get me over to someone who could help sort it out and they hung up on me. I will never go back there again. read more

I got sick of waiting and the snotty receptionist at a competitor's store which is much closer to my home. Being handicap means being close and not sitting in the waiting room for an hour close is good. Their service and attention to the customer, aka customer service, is lacking. After calling in my order, waiting 2 hours for the email then going into the TruLieve store to find the waiting area packed and was told it would be another 2 hrs. or more before my online order us ready. I'd been to Fluent off of Pine Island Ave., Cape Coral, a couple of times when I was out that way. I decided to drive what is more than twice the distance to Fluent where I knew I'd be served. I went in cold. No online ordering. I sat for 5 mins before I was brought in to meet yet another cheerful and customer satisfaction centric Fluent staff member. As always. This Place is very close to my house and I really wanted it to work out for me. The bottom line is that their prices are 3 times higher than Liberty or Truleive if you compare to the TRUGROUND or Liberty's Shake they are about 5 times Higher. I'm disabled and on a budget so Fluent is priced out of my league, unfortunately. Even when Fluent has offered Specials, it's like BUY 2 of our outrageously priced THC carts ($110 each) and get 1 half price, which still comes out higher than other dispensaries regular prices. The "Cute" little names they give their products instead of just stating that the product is indica, sativa or hybrid just confuses me and I'm not going to carry around a Cheat Sheet just to check and see if the product is indica or sativa. It might seem like a good idea at first, however, let me just clear up this once and for all, it is NOT a good idea. This review is based on 3 Separate Visits over 9 Months time as I kept thinking that Corporate/ Upper management would get a Clue and see if the Product is not moving, that something has to give. The employees are very Nice and I think the Quality of the Product seems to be there, its just a matter of Way Overpriced products. Especially during a Pandemic, a company needs to stay in tune with its customer base and adjust their prices and offerings accordingly. I'm wondering if Miami Based CANSORTIUM, Fluent's parent company, is still attempting to recoup the initial investment via us "little consumers"? If you want to have a job where you can demonstrate you authority as a child with a loaded gun, then this is the place you want to work. Do not attempt to apply in person you will have the delightful experience of being verbally abused by management and experience a full throttle demonstration of the arrival of local law enforcement. While there, be sure to get sex toy from the sex shop next door. If your lucky, you may even score a date! I love Christina and her experience with customer service. All the staff ave always greeted my like a friend aS I walk in the door and with a smile. They are having the best flowers rIght now as well. Believe me I smoke and they have good smoke. And they are running all kind of special now. I just bought 7 grams for like $50 buck for being a returning customer. No where else in south Florida is doing that if you keep cominG back. First of all, the cartridges you buy from here compared to any other dispensary is an actual joke. The staff have got to be hitting the carts back there because they're never full like they are at other dispensaries, sometimes it looks like close to half is missing. Something fishy going on, and I'm not the only one that has noticed. The quality of them isn't bad it's just there's always so much missing! Their customer service is sub par most of the time but my biggest issue is the missing thc from my cartridge. They used to be sealed but they aren't anymore and it's clearly evident that someone is hitting them before selling them to customers. read more
