I only gave it a 4 star because the employees are so nice. Thea helped me on my very first visit and she was amazing. She is always so nice and personable. Joe is always very nice too with a great smile, always willing to help and make it a pleasant visit. Actually all the employees are very good and that is why I gave it 4 stars. I do have a couple complaints and one is running out of flower that is on sale. Two is not allowing points to be used on sale items and three is taking out the bottled water, it's Florida and sometimes it's a long wait to pick up because there are never enough employees. read more

I've been going here for the past year now. When I had first started going the wait times were terrible and orders were always mixed up with other patients. I can say that they have definitely improved in that aspect and overall I've had no problems or complaints other than them not having a pickup order already made and them complaining to me that I placed it too early which is whatever no big deal. Now today I went in to do a return on a 3.5 of flower that I had purchased the day prior. Now I've gotten empty containers of wax and flower from them on rare occasion before and was able to return them no problem at all. Today I was simply trying to make a return because I'm having troubles with my allotment on the registry. Now I wasn't intending on "scamming" Trulieve for free weed. The return I would've gotten would've been 5 dollars back in credit so I was totally fine paying for flower and other subjects of delivery while I was there and the employee I originally was being tended by actually talked me through how everything worked and recommended I return this 3.5 today so I would have one available on my allotment to purchase and then wait until August 7th to receive my full allotment back. So he called his manager miss Allen which mind you has done returns for me in the past no problem whatsoever due to either the product not being suffice or even when I've had an empty wax container. I wasn't claiming this was an empty container. She was very condescending right off the bat and treated me like I was stupid or trying to get one over on Trulieve. I left the store alittle upset and conflicted because this has never been an issue before. Pulled up the policy and came back in to see if they would honor it and she told me that she will not be serving me a refund or as a customer. Very rude and condescending lady for no reason other than me questioning why they wouldn't return it. read more

The product is great and so are the prices, but there is absolutely no reason it should take hours upon hours to fill an order, you literally just have to put some stuff in a bag. My experience at Trulieve. I would rather spend the day at the DMV/dentist/ doctor/ Hell then ever step foot in this pitiful dispensary again. I have so many horrendous experiences I could site but let me tell you about the one that broke the camel's back. It is not irregular for you to wait at this dispensary for a hour or longer, even if you get the "express" pick up which is a joke. I came in ONLY because MUV was closed and I needed something to help with my back pain. I asked the guy at the counter if I could receive a text when it was my turn because I was told it would be 30 minutes until I would be seen even though there was only 6 people in the waiting room. I finally received a text 26 minutes later telling me they were ready to see me, I came in and told the receptionist I received the ready to see you text he told me I would be next in line so I sat down and waited. 5 minutes later I get a text saying if I don't see the front desk associate I will be removed from the line. I went back up and told the same receptionist that I had received a text saying I was about to be removed from the line, he rolled his eyes and asked for my name so I told him and he told me they would get me next. 5 more minutes passed and I received a text saying I was removed from the line. As you can imagine at this point I was pretty upset, I went back up and the receptionist informed me that I didn't check in fast enough and I lost my spot. After arguing with him that I had checked in multiple times with him and getting no where because he obviously didn't care I asked to speak to a manager. A surley man asked me what my problem was and after explaining to him he escorted me to the back and rudely told me to take a seat and I would be next. He then took his sweet time to check out the gentleman infront of me and kept dragging out the conversation with the other customer to the point the other customer looked uncomfortable. I was finally helped by a very nice older lady who was genuinely trying to defuse the situation. She was honestly the best part of the experience. The "manager" finally approached me and asked me what my problem was, after I informed him he told me that i should've came in faster to not lose my spot. I explained to him that I checked in multiple times and that it was not my fault the receptionist didn't check me in properly. I was then told that I was not welcome back and to pretty much take my items and leave. If you want the trulieve experience just have someone punch you in the face and then ask you what your problem is. I will gladly never return and will gladly take my business to MUV they have better products and customer service. read more

Their lack of competition is the only reason I'd go back here. Placed my order online the night before and stil waited 30 mins. I'm normally a customer of Curaleaf and was unaware how luck I've been just going there. If you don't place your order ahead of time it's 10 mins MAX there. I find the waiting room like a doctors office a little much also, unless it's to prevent robberies, I think they take it too serious, take too long for everything, and have nothing streamlined to make it quicker for the client. Unfortunately this went from my weekly dispensary to a very very last resort if ever. I would place online orders the night before and next day at 3pm they still wouldn't be filled despite only being two to three items. My last "express order" had me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes while walk-ins were being helped before me. When I was finally acknowledged I was told she was in the back fulfilling pickup orders. Yet right in front of my face she packaged my online order that was placed the night before. So are they truly that backed up on online orders or did the "leader on duty" think lying would make the situation better? Not sure if management or standards were changed but that was my last visit to this location. read more

Went to local dispensary to pick up my express order. Express orders were directed to sit in lobby while walk ins were directed to a line inside the pick up area. There were at least four of us waiting for express orders when we noticed that at least eight people that came in after me, were able to go in, place their order and leave, while we were all still waiting. Finally, an employee named Justin called one of the express order people, so I asked him why our orders were taking so long as compared to walk in people. He went off on me in front of all the customers, got very loud, with a big long explanation that he was trying to fit us in amongst all the walk ins and that they were very short handed. He kept calling me "love" which was also offensive. He said I was just going to have to be patient. I said I have been here almost an hour, and he corrected me that I was actually only there 47 minutes. One of the other express order people and I decided to go ahead and get in the walk in line because obviously that was faster. Justin came in and started giving the express guy in front of me a hard time because he had moved to the walk in line. We told him that it was faster. He then pulled the express guy to the express order room, and then told me and the rest of the express people to just get in the walk in line. He must have realized that whatever system he was using, wasn't working. After we were in line for probably another 10 minutes or so, Justin comes back in and starts giving me a hard time again, again referring to me as love, and the men in line as "boss." He was so wound up that the guy behind me told him to leave me alone and move along, that he made his point and he needed to stop giving me a hard time. My complaint is, why would express orders take over 30 minutes longer than walk in orders, and why was this employee giving me a hard time just for speaking up? I wasn't disrespectful or loud or insulting. I realize it was a holiday, short handed, etc. You can't call it an "Express" pick up if it takes longer than someone who just walks in the door. I hope you can fix your system, but I am going to seriously consider going elsewhere. read more

I am not fond of the way Trulieve corporate runs it's business but some employees do stand out. Amanda at the Zephyrhills dispensary is awesome. Always friendly and compassionate.I think management needs to recognize those types of employees at the location. read more

Every time I visit this place, there's a problem. They take too long, most of the time because they're understaffed. The system's down almost every other time I go, including today. Thanks to this, I can't get my medicine when I need it and it's the only one where I have problems. I never have any issues with other trulieves, just this one. read more

This morning I went to the Trulieve Zephyrhills to pick up the order I had placed the evening before. I chose the drive up after sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour when I had been picking up previously. After waiting for the girl to finish her vape and return to work she took my card and five minutes later opened the window to tell me the product I ordered had been on sale the day before but was not now. I explained that when I ordered it the sale was in effect and I didn't receive a confirmation that the order was ready until after 10:00 PM and they were closed. WHAT ! When this happened to me previously at Wesley Chapel they honored the time of sale price . MUV is also in Zephyrhills now, I was there yesterday, immediately ushered into pick up the order and out in less time than I spent at the drive up window at Trulieve. Your customer service is terrible , your employees don't seem to care if you close your doors tomorrow and I like your employees won"t care. read more

I'd love to support a local business however I can drive to Lakeland, shop at store where I have never had to wait for service and return to Zephyrhills quicker than shopping at Trulieve. read more

This is just a complete waist of time. Not sure who runs it but I'm not sure why they can't seem to have a system where you can get in and get out like EVERY Other dispensaries. It's no reason you should have a lobby full of ppl whove been waiting for hours while the back has no customers being tended to whatsoever. I will make sure I let ppl to know to avoid this dispensary like the plague. Now I get why my friend is adamant on not spending money with them. Every time I go in it's an hour wait. Even if it to pick up and order that was placed the night before. The reply as to why the wait is so long is they only have two employees in the back. Those two employees are usually sweet and helpful, but it appears the answer to the problem is hire more staff. Get fully staffed and I'll gladly change my review. read more
