Today I was simply trying to make a return because I'm having troubles with my allotment on the registry. Now I wasn't intending on "scamming" Trulieve for free weed. The return I would've gotten would've been 5 dollars back in credit so I was totally fine paying for flower and other subjects of delivery while I was there and the employee I originally was being tended by actually talked me through how everything worked and recommended I return this 3.5 today so I would have one available on my allotment to purchase and then wait until August 7th to receive my full allotment back. So he called his manager miss Allen which mind you has done returns for me in the past no problem whatsoever due to either the product not being suffice or even when I've had an empty wax container. I wasn't claiming this was an empty container. She was very condescending right off the bat and treated me like I was stupid or trying to get one over on Trulieve. I left the store alittle upset and conflicted because this has never been an issue before. Pulled up the policy and came back in to see if they would honor it and she told me that she will not be serving me a refund or as a customer. Also for a month after I signed up they would not answer the phone. Not sure why. Had to call five locations to get someone to pick up. Places like this are just a temporary middle man until recreational is legalized. Making tons of money off of people who want to get high.
