The dentist is inept and most of his staff is rude and mediocre. I observed the assistant not follow the hygiene protocol while treating my child. The retainer I ordered cracked within a month. They refused to replace it and from then on started treating me rotten. I should have left butt we already had paid a fortune. At the end, Dr Petrunic didn't not complete the promised treatment of overbite and we were forced to get another set of braces ($3000+) elsewhere after we moved. I never yelled or called anyone names. I was polite and just wanted the service we paid for. I saw the personal negative notes they entered into my child's file and I was not amused.
