I very sweetly--really very very politely-- asked the technician if he could "please do your best when you approach the fence to not spray into my yard," and I explained that I was growing food. He responded, "I don't give a f-k what you are doing over there, mind your own f-king business." Calmly and politely, I replied: "Please, I am asking very nicely that you just try your best; there is no need to speak like that." He said, "and I'm telling you very f-ing rudely to mind your own f-king business." As I walked away, he yelled, "I'm so glad I don't have to deal with or live next to you!" So....take what you will from this report. There are many exterminator companies available. This one has a very low quality member, utterly lacking in any sort of professionalism and just basic social norms and graces. Frankly, his behavior was shocking and disgusting. He and his crew showed up early as promised. They took all day to clear the yard and do the tree work. They did exactly what I asked and was definately worth the price. The people who are complaining about his not keeping appointments may not have allowed him time to fit into his schedule like I did. My wife & I text her that we are praying for her because there must be something terribly wrong in her life for her to behave like she was. I met the wife at my bank to give cash pymnt & get lien release. After transaction she text me another nasty message calling me a "woman hater" and added "FREE PALESTINE!" at lease 10 times to the text. I guess she was trying to get under my skin knowing that I'm Christian. I've been in the contracting business for over 40 years and have never experienced people like this before. We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. Had issue with my unit recently they came out to service but wouldn't vac drain line Wanted to change me $250 for that service. I told them it should be included with my maintenance agreement which they were 4 months behind. Still wouldn't service. I don't recommend this contractor.
