I think what sets the office apart from its competitors is that his staff is genuinely customer service oriented towards their clients. It's rare to see a practice have such a high level of attentiveness, empathy, and compassion for their patients given the amount of business they do. You are treated quite literally like family. It's incredible. Kelly (who works at the front desk) is one of the kindest & friendliest people one could ever meet. This was untrue and it was there mistake 100%, not the fault of my insurance. A mistake they made not once, but twice, for both me and my son. Suspicious.
