Went today for my dental cleaning Lucy cleaned my teeth she was friendly, courteous, and up to the time that I started coming to Dr Babushkin I would get anxious, and hated going to the dentist!! Also, even though they're now considered by my insurance to be "out of network," they still electronically file my claim form. (I hate filling out forms!) Very disappointed!! I researched high and low for an excellent dentist and facility..i guess being top dentist in fairfield county went to the head...i went to Dr Babuskin bc im 45 never had braces always had straight teeth i have all veneers so was concerned with my cosmetic dentistry being handled correctly and now my teeth were moving..he told me my bit was off and he would fix...how did that happen? After charging me an outrageous amount to keep shaving my teeth down, that i was hesitant about my bite was still off!! So i left it bc i didnt want him to keep shaving them...at my next cleaning I insisted on seeing him bc i told him my teeth were moving more..he told me no way have they moved more that quick and refused to scan to see..i finally told him idc i will pay the scan to see and so he did the scan..turns out i was right! He was like well they did move more but not that much!!! Can u believe? Youre the top dentist not me and told me i was wrong!! Next, he tried selling me invisalign the usual idk why it's happening solution..i advised him, no i will go see an orthodontist first...next, the billing department... I moved and apparently my insurance left a small $40 balance i was unaware about which went to collections and when i tried rectifying it the office manager got sarcastic and condescending... little did she know i ONLY found out about the $40 bc a family member told me that collects their bills!' So she refused to take the payment...i told her she is going to lose a customer over $40 of an insurance balance i never received?? She didnt care...I paid the $40 same day out of my HSA which has plenty of money lol to pay the bill...so when i went to make my next appointment they had the nerve to treat me like a delinquent and tell me since i went to collections they couldnt see me anymore!! Clearly it was bc i put I made the Office Manager see the reality over $40...Wowww and wowww! They are clearly only out for peoples money... it reflects in their high visit fees even with insurance! Bottom line he made my bite worse not better and they dont know how to handle people that pay their bills.. they lose..not me..worst practice ever all fluff and arogant read more

I have been going to Cosmetic & Preventive Dentistry for 20 years. Five years ago we moved to Greenwich from Fairfield. I will not go anywhere else for my dental work. Dr. Babushkin is one of a kind. He is not only masterful at his work but also he is conscientious and caring human-being. I don't think I will ever find anyone like him. I used to alternate cleaning between Dr. Babushkin's office another periodontal office due to my gum problem. Since Melissa took over my cleaning, I chose to stay with Melissa. The other hygienist cannot be compared with Melissa. She is unbelievably professional, attentive and knows not only cleaning but the condition of my teeth. She is the best! My driving time changed from 15 minutes to 40 minutes but I will not compromise my driving time for the care I get from Dr. Babushkin and Melissa. I wish them well. read more
