BEWARE. All Town quoted and replaced the leaky wax ring of my gf's toilet. OK. But, the guy then used scare tactics ("this could flood your whole house if it's not replaced") to upsell replacement of the toilet's perfectly fine shutoff valve and short supply line. ("The valve is bad"--it wasn't--"and the supply line is 'oxidized.'") They told her it would be over $200(!) more to just replace a supply valve and line. These 2 parts cost a total of maybe $15 at Home Depot, and just need to be screwed on with a bit of teflon tape. Fortunately, my gf called me and I advised her not to replace them because that was a ridiculous price. I said I'd be happy to replace them if needed, but they were in perfectly good shape. tl;dr -- these guys will use scare tactics to rip off unsuspecting customers. $200+ for a supply line and valve is a blatant and shameful ripoff. Jerry and his company, All Town Plumbing located in Palm Beach County, FL, really did a fantastic job for me on a new refrigerator waterline conversion. Without the necessary upgrade, I could not get my new refrigerator delivered. Jerry came and went over and beyond. While he was here, he noticed that my garbage disposal was not screwed in completely and he took care of it. Jerry showed me everything he needed to do, explained it all to me, and showed me the end product of his work when he was done. His charges are extremely reasonable as well. Many other companies refused to even come and would not work with a new appliance install, but Jerry did. I was in a bind and he very conscientiously took care of my dilemma. This plumbing business should be avoided. Our water bills were running too high compared with other customers within our community and we called this business to check out all of our house plumbing. After a brief investigation, they claimed that all 3 of our toilets had to have their gaskets replaced. The gaskets installed were made of a cheap plastic material and 2 out of the 3 gaskets installed broke within a week after installation. The cost of this 30-minute service call was $280 back on 7/20/2018 -- which they said was a "discounted" price. I waited to post this review so that I could view my water bills for the next few months following the repairs -- there was no decrease in the bills received. Their lack of professionalism was very well demonstrated. read more

To start with Sean is a nice guy but made a big mess of things. He took a reciprocating saw and cut off the handle to the faucet. This was completely unnecessary and he would have seen that if he had taken a little bit of time to figure out the plumbing setup we had. He quoted $800 and our final bill ended up being $1800. That would have been fine if they explained that before proceeding with work but they did not. On the day they came to finally fix the problem there were 2 people, Jerry, the owner, and one of his employees. The employee did 90% of the work while Jerry sat in his van smoking pot. When it was finally time for Jerry to get to work he was done in an hour or less. I was an employee at the barn where the work was being done and called them out to do the work. When he said he was finished the owners were not on site and he got angry that they were not there to pay him and said that I would have to pay him from my own pocket. Needless to say the owners were very upset that the initial $800 repair was now $1800. I agree that that price is way to high considering only one person was ever working while the other person was literally getting HIGH. The owners gave him a CC over the phone and after he left I went to see the final product of their work and found a giant whole in the concrete floor and in the wall as well as the still nonfunctional faucet. This was all supposed to be repaired by All Town Plumbing. Why did Jerry DEMAND payment if he wasn't done with the promised work? I'm quite sure that if i hadn't hounded Jerry to come back and fix it the way he promised to I would never have seen him again. When he finally did come out to patch the mess they made he left all the broken concrete and wall for me to cleanup. The patches he made to the concrete and wall are absolutely terrible and an eye sore. It's like he tried to do as horrible of a job as possible. After all this trouble and money the pipes now vibrate in the wall. The pipes were still pinched despite my asking him to redo the pinched pipes that likely caused the leak in the first place. Overall I don't think this could have gone any worse and I would never recommend All Town Plumbing to anyone. read more

Very impressive in today's day and age. I was having an issue with a sewerage smell in my apartment and made an appointment for All Town plumbing to come out. When Jerry received all the facts of the scenario, he told me what the problem was on the phone and said it would be pointless to keep the appointment as the problem had nothing to do with my apartment but the apartment below me. I found Jerry (Owner) & All Town Plumbing on YELP 6 months ago because of the rave reviews. Back then I used him to repair a faucet & he was great. I wrote a fantastic review here right away because I was so happy with him. Unfortunately, my recent & 2nd experience using him, I no longer feel this way. We called him again several months later to replace a toilet handle which Jerry came the next day & ordered the part. However, he had the part for several days & has not been back. We called for 3 days in a row & each time Jerry has promised to come that afternoon/evening but would call first. He has told us he or his crew has been in PBG that week, yet they have not come by as promised multiple times now. On my last phone call, Jerry apologized yet again but started to tell me they don't usually service the PBG/Jupiter/North County area so that is why it is taking so long. This is not what we were told before & know because he had his guys working in PBG that week according to him right near our home. After several days of waiting for a phone call &/or for them to stop by again because they couldn't give me a timeframe & multiple phones calls to follow up with them on our end, I will no longer recommend them because of several days of lack of communication on their end. What should have taken 10 minutes, been a simple toilet handle replacement is still not fixed. I made sure to stay home on those 3 days after we had talked to him each day just so I wouldn't miss them as the previous time Jerry said he would call first, he showed up with no call & luckily someone was home. Follow up: Jerry finally called us back after the reading the review. He apologized again & offered to repair the handle. True to his word, Shawn and Chuck called me and was at my door at 9 am sharp.. New unit in Van and ready to work. Not only was Jerry able to come out that day/evening, but he fixed everything, and knew what to do. Plus, he gave me a background on the home, since he had been there before in the past! AND, not only was he personable, but he gave me a couple of suggestions on some other services that I needed (car mechanic and some handyman work).
