It took almost 2 weeks for them to get my benefits reinstated. I was paying online for a monthly premium and they made a second charge on my credit card for 2 more months. When I emailed them to ask for to have the charge reversed because it was not approved I was given a vague response that I would receive a refund with no approximate date or apology. I sent another email to ask for an exact day that I would get a refund and was told next week. I called to speak to someone to get more information. I was told that in fact I would get my refund in a month and half when my coverage ended. Keep in mind that I did not authorize the charge to begin with. I told them that I would have to file a claim with my credit card company and the customer service person said ok and goodbye then hung up.
