We used Resolve from January 2023- up until around late last summer. Location: 5/10 The location is ideal, but can be far for folks that live further south. Sadly, it was inconvenient for us. Telehealth is available, but keep this in mind for evening appointments when are battling rush hour and peak travel times. Availability: 2/10 The LSCW we were paired had limited availability. She booked clients back to back, with little breaks in between. This made it difficult to schedule anything with her. Her latest appointment was 8pm; which worked for us briefly, but it quickly led to her burnout and emotional unavailability to my child. It was also pretty difficult to get ahold of her. Initially, I had to reach out to the front desk/admin to relay a message or schedule an appointment. I finally requested her direct email to reach out, which slightly improved communication. Vibe Check: 2/10 The office itself is nice, but the vibe was way off to me. The decor reminds me of a dentist office in the late 70's, early 80s and smelled like the plastic bib they place over you before starting a cleaning. It just did not feel very welcoming or inviting to me. I always felt awkward being in the waiting room. I know it is not easy having your child go to therapy, but nobody looked happy to be there. It was the ultimate doom and gloom. Nap time: 0/10 During my child's sessions, the therapist would wrap themselves in a blanket and doze off. This was no surprise to me, as she scheduled her last appointment at 8pm. Eventually, she started cutting back her hours to be done around 5, but at that point, burnout had set in and the damage to my kid had been done. This is beyond unprofessional. Improper Termination: 1/10 I really do not think termination was properly done with my kiddo in a way that provided closure. Luckily, we were able to find services with another therapist, but there was just lack of communication and closure at the end of our time with her. Again, this is due to burnout, which is common with therapists that book the way she did. Overall: 2/10 I cannot recommend this Resolve location to anyone I love and care about. I honestly believe there is not great management at this location because I observed burnout and the therapists did not seem happy to be there. While the NP was kind, I'm extremely disappointed in how my care was handled overall. If hormones are your number one priority from the beginning, I don't understand why a full thyroid panel was not included initially. Instead, after already spending a significant amount of money, I was told I would need to pay even more for additional testing that should have been considered from the start. It honestly feels more focused on generating revenue than genuinely getting to the root of complex health issues. I was driving all the way to the Overland Park location, which is about 30 minutes from my home, and at one point an appointment was scheduled for me at 8:00 AM during rush hour traffic that ultimately did not even seem necessary. Between the time, cost, and lack of thoroughness, the entire experience became very frustrating. I do want to say that the front desk staff were always wonderful, and Mariah was an absolutely great nurse. My frustration is not with them personally, but with the company as a whole and the way patient care seems to be handled. Overall, I'm very disappointed because I came in hopeful that I would finally get real answers and support, and instead I left feeling unheard and financially drained.

She did a very thorough discussion to learn my history before starting anything. She answered every question I had, and I always have many. I like to be informed when I am meeting with a doctor. She was absolutely fantastic. Her staff is super friendly. There was little to no wait after check in before being called back. They made good use of my time while I was here and I left well informed with notes that Dr Reisz made during our discussion. This was probably one of the best doctor visits I've ever had. Highly recommend!

This is the real thing! These occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech, therapist, etc…read more at Johnson County Rehab are incredible. They really put their heart into it and if you need severe rehab rehabilitation after say a head injury this is the place to go to get them rehabilitated.. I wish my husband could stay longer here. Our entire family is forever indebted to Johnson County Rehab staff for the hard work that they had to help my husband and the other people around them. You really felt cared for.

First, they tried to ignore severe pain and muscle spams due to nerve damage in my hip that…read moreoccurred during my knee replacement surgery as "a little soreness after surgery." I had to force the issue of effectively treating the situation and it still took them 10 days before they bothered to do the correct treatment that should have been done on postop day 2. This borders on malpractice. Secondly, when I was asked, I told them that I expected to be walking without a cane after surgery. I had been forced to use a cane for about 5-6 years prior to surgery due to safety concerns and the need to preserve what I could of being able to use the knee. My expectation of being able to walk normally was completely ignored. Instead, when I tried to walk without the cane, I was told to keep using the cane. This continued throughout my entire time in rehab. Somehow they thought that using the cane was going to help me be able to walk without it. Even I don't think that's right!! This means that I couldn't really walk when they decided to dismiss me from their care. They didn't care about getting to the correct place; all they cared about was that I could stand and waddle around a little with the cane. That is not good rehabilitation. It is coming up on a year since my surgery and I still cannot walk normally because they never appropriately addressed the problems in my hips that were caused by the use of the cane. Basically they expected me to figure it out on my own. I am going to have to go to a different doctor (not one who is part owner of this facility) and a different PT place in order to get proper medical care. I find that disgusting. I will never recommend this PT facility to anyone. At this point I am unsure if I will ever be able to return to my sport. They do not care about performance. Do they even know what that word means? They only care about money.
