After having experienced other rehab facilities, we were so grateful to have found this facility and team. Our onboarding meeting was buttoned up, informative, and covered ALL the bases. The entire team delivered wonderful, wonderful care -- a MAJOR change from where we had done rehab previously which was heartbreaking and on the verge of downright negligent. Major bonus points for the food and expansive menu, which our mom said was consistently delicious (again, unlike other places where she could barely stomach what was served). I was also so impressed with how clean the entire facility was, and how attentive they were to keeping our mom's bed + clothing + linens always clean (any accidents were dealt with IMMEDIATELY). The staff truly cares about the patients and residents. They're doing God's work, and they have wonderful hearts. You can feel at peace knowing your loved one will truly get the best care.

My husband and I stopped in to this particular Savers while in the area to look for some books…read more This is a very busy thrift store. We noticed upon entering that it was not very cool inside. It is the summer and steamy outside, and it felt awful on the inside. Not like the air is broke, but like they're trying to be cheap on running the air conditioning. My husband went to one area and I went to the books and toddler clothing area. While I was in both areas, I kept smelling some awful smell, which can only be described as body odor and urine. I kept thinking maybe someone nearby was smell smelling like that. But as I moved throughout the store, I figured out the whole store smelled awful. My husband found me in the area I was at and he said that the store smelled awful and I hadn't even said anything to him. The smell was stuck in our nose for 30 minutes, at this point I feel like the health department needs to visit to find out what is going on. It was just awful and I would recommend avoiding that store!

I can always find treasures here of anything from clothes to electronics to household. Bad thing was introducing my roomie to this place. This is the spot she goes when she happens to be bored. At least, it's a shopping spree on the cheap. It's a thrill to come back and do a fashion show of all the goodies you got for next to nothing. Only warning is to avoid Wednesday. I also was looking for some clothing for my one-year-old grandson. They had quite a bit but it was not separated, according to size. So I browsed through a selection of it, but it was too difficult to try to find 24 month outfits with all of the other sizes mixed in. They had a variety of typical items found at thrift stores like clothing and household goods and limited books. I feel like the donations were slightly poor quality at this location. The one positive was the young man who worked at the cash register, who greeted every person and was nice and had great manners!

I have never; 1) received a callback confirming the receipt of the drill (UPS showed it as delivered, 2) received an email regarding the receipt or status of this drill, 3) no communication whatsoever. I was referred to this business by the manufacturer to pursue a warranty repair for a Ryobi…read moreportable gas powered generator. The circumstances of purchase and warranty were not questioned when I dropped the unit off. However, after two months and multiple follow up visits because they would not answer their phone so I could check status, I was finally called and told that the unit was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed that there would be a charge of $174 dollars for what was supposed to be a routine warranty carburetor replacement authorized by Ryobi, yet I was told that my apparent lack of maintenance on the unit was the root cause for the problem of it not running properly. When I disputed this claim and noted that at no time was I notified that this was an out of warranty or unqualified service that would result in a charge I was treated rudely to the point of abusive language and told to leave the premises with my equipment and to not come back. Needless to say under the circumstances, I did just that. I fully suspect that they were trying to get service revenue out of me, but at the same time they were going to file warranty claim paperwork with Ryobi and essentially double dip, although that was not substantiated in any way.
