They quoted that we needed all new duct work for thousands of dollars, which, fine, thank you for the info but we don't have 20K to get all new ducts. The problem: They took out our old filter in our furnace and threw it away. Forgot to let us know that, so we just were running it with no filter for 10+ days, which is pretty bad for the unit and our air quality throughout the home. It's also potentially a safety hazard to not have a filter...seems odd for a company that specializes in this to leave our unit worse off seeing as they came to "tune it up".

That the measurements perhaps were not correct. 2) That Wulf Bros. are no longer going to do custom fireplace door installations. Well, well. We have been PATIENTLY waiting since January (1/25/21 was when the order was placed with Stoll. We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. It is now Mid May.). There have been 3 individuals in your fireplace section that we have had to work with who subsequently left. The last two had to play catch up from the previous person. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse and now Wulf Bros. are bailing on us? We are now left to start all over again. Being a business owner myself, this is clearly not the way to provide quality customer service! And good customer service is what drives customers through the doors. Needless to say we are very disappointed that after nearly 5 months this is what we are left with.
