After that we met with Jason at our house and reviewed our site and discussed our wants. He guided us through the process and the results are fantastic! Jason, Len, Chris and the entire Pool Team crew, to the person, were all very professional and were great to deal with. They were like a well oiled machine and worked very efficiently. They did exactly what we agreed to and produced everything in the contract. We felt that we got a great value for our money and we are very happy with our new pool. Whenever I've called, I've gotten an appointment within a week or so, the guys that turned up did so on time with everything they needed. Every. Single. Time. Plus, when Dave came to get the A/C squared away, he shared additional advice/knowledge about the house, which they've serviced for years. Bailey was also impressive when he came to do needed follow up work to get the rest running right. I will rely on Eagle for my central A/C, my attic forced-air furnace, my water softener AND the hydronic heating system in floor and ceiling. I'm taking advantage of their semi-annual service for the coming warm/cold weather soup to nuts and appreciate the peace of mind that gives me. Oh, and Blaine, an estimator, even made a house call to check the basement with me before the installation of a much-needed dehumidifier. I love these guys!
