He showed me the issue and said we either needed a burner replacement or a new furnace. The old furnace was undersized and a replacement, for a little more money, gave us a proper size and a 10 year warranty. We opted for the new furnace, and Tom Jr. brought one up from Green Bay and had it completely installed and working properly by noon the next day. With multiple techs coming into our house. Not super respectful of our time. They quoted that we needed all new duct work for thousands of dollars, which, fine, thank you for the info but we don't have 20K to get all new ducts. The problem: They took out our old filter in our furnace and threw it away. Forgot to let us know that, so we just were running it with no filter for 10+ days, which is pretty bad for the unit and our air quality throughout the home. It's also potentially a safety hazard to not have a filter...seems odd for a company that specializes in this to leave our unit worse off seeing as they came to "tune it up".

They were able to schedule the install the following week. They put in a new Rheem 98% efficient furnace and an Aprilaire media cleaner and did a great job! You can tell that the installer and the helper really do take pride in their work. Will definitely be using this company again in the future!
