Why didn't you ask when you called for the other ones she replied, "Mam, if you don't stop hollering at me I am going to report you to the board for inappropriate patient behavior." I said, "I am not hollering. I am asking a question. Do you want to hear hollaring?" There was no apology, no admission of perhaps they missed it or possibly made an error, no offer to deliver it. Nothing. I had been out of some of these meds for 3 days and they are needed. Plus I had my dog in the car and the drive up window was broken. I told her that and instead of offering to bring what she had ready out to me, she said to come in to the photo department to pick them up. My dog is 15 1/2 years old. The temperature outside was 91 degrees and she wants me to leave him in the car. How about meeting me at the door and delivering the remaining med tomorrow? This is the second time I've had a major issue with this pharmacy. I'd say it's the last for me, especially when they are violating their own license by allowing folks to go without their prescription medications. No reason for that.
