The employees chatted with each other instead of taking care of customers and their needs. This location unfortunately gives the others a bad rap. I'm changing pharmacies. So incredibly mad.

I found that section in the back of the store but it was very out of stock. Thankfully, the regular "eye" section of this Walgreens had a variety of contact lens solutions to choose from. All of them rather expensive even with the Walgreens "membership" discount. I bought the smallest bottle they had and paid for it quickly. The store is in clean and tidy, laid out the same as other Walgreens I've been to across the USA. Once you're inside, this could be Fort Worth TXX or Berkeley Springs WV or Shelby NC. Very formulaic. It had no refills and they had to call the MD. when I said it's been 6 days. Why didn't you ask when you called for the other ones she replied, "Mam, if you don't stop hollering at me I am going to report you to the board for inappropriate patient behavior." I said, "I am not hollering. I am asking a question. Do you want to hear hollaring?" There was no apology, no admission of perhaps they missed it or possibly made an error, no offer to deliver it. Nothing. I had been out of some of these meds for 3 days and they are needed. Plus I had my dog in the car and the drive up window was broken. I told her that and instead of offering to bring what she had ready out to me, she said to come in to the photo department to pick them up. My dog is 15 1/2 years old. The temperature outside was 91 degrees and she wants me to leave him in the car. How about meeting me at the door and delivering the remaining med tomorrow? This is the second time I've had a major issue with this pharmacy. I'd say it's the last for me, especially when they are violating their own license by allowing folks to go without their prescription medications. No reason for that.

She takes the time to answer questions and makes the whole experience feel personal and professional. The younger girl who checked me in and helped with my paperwork had such a positive attitude and a big smile--she made the process quick and easy! And the sweet girl in the cosmetics area who checked me out was so friendly and upbeat. It's always a pleasant experience at this location.
