When I explained there was a problem with the transfer, the staff would not listen and just told me they would call when it was ready. When I pushed further, they told me to call Publix and figure it out myself. Publix actually tried to help by calling this pharmacy to correct the issue, but nobody here answers the phone. In all my years dealing with pharmacies, I have never experienced anything like this. I would rather keep my prescription at Publix and pay more than transfer it to this location.

This place is a god send and we were able to get flavored meds, holistic care and nutrition that made my cat's last three weeks comfortable and gave me precious time with him. I finally started calling around and Carrell Pharmacy said they have it. They worked with me in how to get the prescription sent from the doctor, how to pay over the phone & it was ready to be picked up in a couple of hours.
