Absolutely horrible experience. I had such high hopes after seeing great reviews and photos, and was very exited to get my hair done here.
Firstly, I had to sit and wait over an hour. I was told right from the begining that what I wanted done was not going to happen, so she pretty much decided what she was going to do out of a photo she found. She was constantly taking breaks, talking to everyone, going around looking for things, and drinking champagne and wine meant for customers. All the employees talk about is how tired they are, is this really the type of enviroment you put forth when giving a service?
When I finally got some hair color in, my face got incredibly stained with hair dye, and when one of the employees told another about my face, she just shrugged it off like it was nothing. I spent most of the time ignored in a corner, in a little stool sitting very uncomfortably, I was 45 minutes with a toner on my hair (that should only be in my hair for 5 min).
After so many hours, I asked to not get my hair cut or properly blow dried; my requests were completely ignored. At this point, I gave up.. so, she cut my bangs, and when I asked for it to be shorter, she said no because "it didnt go with the style".
I asked for a certain person to take care of me when I booked my appointment, but was handled by alot of others. They book way too many appointments, and the small space becomes very crowded and uncomfortable.
It took more than 6 HOURS to get out of there. I was charged more than $300. I asked her for a detailed receipt, since the reciept did not specify what I actually paid for, just the total. At this point, I just wanted to cry and scream, so I just left.
The ONLY time they remembered my name or actually treated me like a human being was when I was paying and when I was asked for a 15% tip. I work in customer service, you should earn your tip based on the service you give.
