Sorry to write this.. I wanted to like this spa since it's the only spot that took me at such short notice and they even gratefully provided a bathing suit. I just wanted a nice soak and a cooling shower and when I was floating in the saltwater pool I got a huge clump of hair stuck in my fingers. And when I was looking down into the pool light there was little white specs floating around. I'm lightweight disgusted honestly please do better and cleaning your facilities. read more

I cannot express enough how great of an experience I had at this place when my friend and I were looking for a place to do spa day on our last day before flying home. Spa is located in a building that requires you to take an elevator up. Once you arrive at the door, there is a host that will check you in and give further instructions prior to your appointment. The atmosphere inside is quiet, calm, and peaceful. They have a water station and comfortable seats while you wait for your name to be called. My masseur was very experience and knowledgeable. He attentively listened to all of the issues that I mentioned and focused on them as explained. It was one of the best experienced I've ever had and I been to quite a lot! Spa day is always a great day. Per Covid, we did the temperature check upon arrival. We were then assisted to the waiting area to fill out the waiver form and wait to be serviced. It is nice, clean, and serene as expected. They leave you in the room with salt water pool, shower, and steam room before your service. You are also offered water or coconut tea. Great relaxing time to yourself. Someone then picks you up for your service. The massage was well needed. If you select deep, they will give you just that. Money was definitely well spent here. Glad we opted for a spa outside our hotel. read more

Massage was good. Unfortunately we were underinformed that you'd have to be fully undressed and on the bed by your appointment time in order to get the fully allotted time. We booked a 50 minute massage that was actually only 30 minutes because we came at our appointment time. Maybe this is just massage etiquette that we didn't know, but we were confused because we booked for 10am and the business says it's not open until 10am so we didn't think we could get inside any earlier anyway. During the massage I was like "woah this is the shortest 50 minutes I've ever had!" Haha, because it wasn't Focused on some of my explained pain points, but skipped over others. This was not my first choice for a spa day, but when my preferred spa fell through, I decided to give Cloud Spa a try. I booked the Kailani Experience and Cloud massage. The ambiance at the spa is relaxing. The staff was super helpful. That's where the positives end. The locker room is small and there are only two toilets. Amenities were minimal. There's a staff only room right next door to the women's locker room and it was very disruptive to hear staff coming in and out as I was changing. They also assigned two other guests' lockers right next to mine when there was another section of lockers. It very quickly become crowded as three of us were in there getting changed. I was hoping to get the Kailani Experience to myself, but they allowed two other guests in there at the same time as me. It wouldn't have bothered me if they were quiet; instead, they were chatting loudly the entire time. It made it very hard for me to relax so I actually left the area 20 minutes early. I told the attendant what happened and she just stared at me blankly and asked me if I wanted more coconut tea. I had Coral for my massage and she's the reason why this is a 3-star review (instead of 1 star). After reading some of the previous reviews about how the massage therapists tended to use lighter pressure, I was prepared to tell her to use deeper pressure. Thankfully, I didn't have to because everything she did was on point! The massage made up for everything else that the spa was lacking. I was surprised at how big the pod room was and it reminded me of the pod hotels I've stayed in. The ambiance was super relaxing. I'm hindsight, I would have skipped the Kailani Experience and opted for a longer massage or an additional treatment. read more

After all the walking and movement in PR's heat and humidity, my friend and I decided to get pampered. Checked these reviews, the distance from my Airbnb and made our appointments. So thankful they had availability on short notice and were willing to accommodate us. It was May and they had a couple Mother's Day packages available - awesome timing for us. For a reduced cost, we booked the rain shower, sauna, salt bath and massage complete with complimentary bubbly. Perhaps due to COVID restrictions, and timing, we had the shower/sauna/bath room to ourselves which made the experience even more relaxing. They're in the same space so you're free to use each one in whatever order you choose. After about an hour in that area, we were escorted to our individual massages in clean and serene individual pods. My friend thoroughly enjoyed hers and mine could've had a little more pressure but was otherwise quite relaxing. The place was clean, quiet, relaxing and quite affordable. Definitely a recommended experience for those in the area. read more

Ended my trip here and did the HEAVEN AND EARTH scrub/massage. Anna was amazing!!! Super gently but firm enough on the scrub. I mean my whole body feels like new. The collagen body wrap while getting my feet and neck massaged...oh man...HEAVEN. To top it off, got wiped down and began a nice long body massage....EARTH. She worked my knots like no other but it wasn't a painful process...something about the way she works it!!! I didn't know you can get knots in your foot. She's great. Highly recommend!!! read more

Rooftop pool is in the middle of a busy restaurant no bigger than a queen sized bed.. Slow elevator.. Smelly rooms and floors are slippery

Beware, these people scam you! I had a terrible massage in March and the masseuse was on her phone and used only one hand throughout most of the massage, she didn't even give me my full time yet I was still charged $150.00 before even entering the spa. I requested a refund and was told by the gentleman at the front that it would go back on to my card and it never did. Weeks later I call the spa and they tell me that they did issue the refund and on their end it shows I received the money back but I never did. I called my bank and tried to dispute it but because the spa put on my receipt that they issued my refund as "cash" my bank couldn't give me the money back. My bank also sent me an official document saying I never received any refund from this Spa back into my account. I called the spa again and was told they can't help me and then I was given the directors email, so I sent him a message explaining all of this and he never responded back. This has to be one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered. Awful massages and they scam you so watch out! read more

Wow. Best massage I've gotten, and I get massages twice a month! Did a 50 min deep tissue with Julionel Garcia, and I asked him to focus on my shoulders, lower back, and calves, and it was the most thorough job I've gotten. He incorporated stretching into the mix and he really knows which muscles and fascia connect to one another so he works that part too! The actual location was cool, in a shopping plaza with lots of other restaurants and services, and next to the Doubletree. The actual room was in these pods with interesting neon lighting, not my favorite but I forgot about it as soon as we started the massage. Come early because they're very prompt with their timing and they end exactly 50 minutes after the appointment time, not when you start on the table. read more

I wanted to love it, I really did. Haven't had a massage in almost a year. id. My first "um" moment was at check in when I was asked to prepay for my service. Unusual but ok. I was taken in and given a waiver form to fill out. Then I waited. The massage therapist eventually came out and took my waiver and walked me through to the room. The massage was great! I had booked a 50-minute session so I asked why he stopped after 33 minutes. Turns out they lopped off minutes because they were waiting for my waiver! He told me the receptionist was busy on the phone, that's why she didn't come collect the form.ended up paying $150 for a 33-minute massage. The therapist, Abel, still got a 20% tip and when I mentioned something at the front desk I was offered 15% off my next service. Granted, I arrived 3 minutes late, but then lop off 3 minutes from my massage, don't make someone wait in that dark room if it means their service will be shortened.. I definitely won't be going back. That was the shortest, most expensive massage I've ever had. Note for the owner: send your receptionist on training. Don't charge prices like that if your staff isn't able to provide a service at that price. Very disappointing and underwhelming. read more

HORRIBLEEEEEE SERVICE!! What a fraud! Definitely NOT what it pans out to be. Totally false reviews and they lie to you like no other! The only thing that was nice was the Ambiance and the Cleanliness. Other than that everything was bad. To start I got the heaven on earth package. Which they told me it was a MASSAGE over the phone when I called. When I got there it was NOT a massage. It was just the man rubbing lotion and oil on my body he applied no pressure. I felt like a kid was taking care of me! It was really something I could've DONE myself. Smh. Then they didn't even give me my FULL hour and 20 minutes. Next was the deep cleaning facial which was NOT DEEP CLEANING! All the lady did was rub my face with lotion and oil and was mostly focusing on my feet which had NOTHING to do with the facial. No steam on my face NOTHING! I wish I could've recorded the process. After we was done, I asked to speak with a manager. He only offered me 25% off my facial AFTER I told him that I was not pleased with ANY of the services. He was very rude and nonchalant about the whole situation. Didn't seem to care and wasn't concerned at all. Rushing me to get out. I asked him could I get something free like a product and he said there was NOTHING else he could do for me and walked away. I ended up with only $32 back in my pocket after I spent $345 dollars on a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone visiting SAN JUAN, PR. They are a fraudulent company and lie about what services they offer online. Do not go! You are better off going to a quick mom & pop store that offers less prices and gives above and beyond services. I really feel as though I got Gipped out of my money. That was the main thing that I came out on vacation to visit for and they made my last day on the island depressing. Don't go here for a massage! I had a horrible second experience - I bought a deep tissue massage for $135 for 50 minutes and the pressure on a scale 1-10 was a 1 even though I told the therapist I wanted deep pressure. The massage I had with Cesar two days ago was incredible and he applied more pressure even though it was a "relaxing" massage. I asked this other therapist to skip my legs and focus on areas of particular tension and he ignored me. He'd clearly never massaged before as his movements were abrupt and after 10 years of monthly massages with trained therapists in a Colorado, I can sense the level of experience. He doused me in oil to the point where it dripped off my body. The worst part was the manager - he was very grateful when I shared my experience and offered two options to resolve it - another massage which wasn't available before I leave, and a free pass at the spa (which is nice but tiny) - and just turned and left when I said we didn't have time for the spa. The front desk woman kept saying she doesn't have the security to process a refund and that I'd have to track down the manager myself. The place is really lovely and this is a total shame. I will never go back here and recommend you stay away! read more

Did a couples 80 min massage A male and female team. Wow!! Amazing massage. We were able to be in the same room. That was nice. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The pods looks nice and the patrons all seem to be happy and relaxed. We spent 395 total with tax. Gave a 30 tip to each masseuse. One concern. We were charged 3 times. The very nice lady helped us out and assured us it would settle overnight. She did everything she could at the moment but we felt confident that it would fix itself, and it did. She was right.
