We also got on his list for a weekly cut. After about 2 weeks, problems started. He just stopped showing up on our cut day, he wouldn't call, we had to track him down. After a few texts/calls, he would finally get back to us. He always had an excuse:that his help was sick, help didn't show up, he is behind schedule, the weather has slowed him down, trailer was in the shop. I understand things happen. BUT, once you earn business, you must maintain it, call your folks and let them know, dont wait for them to track you down. We would always give him a grace period too. I mean, we are busy sometimes we didn't even realize he hadn't been there til he was a week late. The last 2 times he actually came out to cut, our yard had grown up so bad, grass was everywhere. My husband asked if he could bag and the answer was, no. So after we paid him to cut our grass when he was a week or more late, my husband had to go out and rake and bag up grass. It makes no sense to pay someone to do that. Finally, after getting tired of tracking this guy down, we decided to go with another guy who does a great job, comes every week like clockwork and even gives me a call the night before to let me know he is coming (did I mention this new guy has a FT job and does this on the side), he is $10 cheaper AND bags! Roy does great work but to maintain a successful business, you have to be professional and organized. The talent/skill is there but the other is not!

White lady (riding lawnmower ) Black guy (edged with weed wacker ) They BUTCHERED MY LAWN and didn't trim my hedges. It was as if the guy with the weed Wacker was practicing when he attempted to edge my lawn, he edged my lawn so far back that chunks of grass are missing, my lawn has a receding grass/hair line . My grass is uneven and cut to low . Missing patches where this guy used the weed Wacker to cut my lawn. Terry (own/contact person ) was on site , didn't say nothing , allowed this . Terry won't follow up with you on nothing he offers for your lawn. He will sale you a dream on how he can magically make your lawn the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood but won't follow threw to save his life, he has an excuse for that to. After seeing the end results PISSED! I called Terry (respectful I was) asking why my lawn looked the way it did, he gave me these ridiculous lies, saying I had weeds in my grass that's why the edging looks that way and it's hard to cut the grass even. His attitude was kind of shitty, he had his payment and didn't care that I was dissatisfied. They didn't blow all the excess grass off my lawn, didn't blow all the excess from my front door.They stained my driveway with grass and half ass got it up. Excuse my grammar, still pissed off! They Butchered my lawn yesterday . My fiance is pissed off, every time he walks out or in the front door he is cussing about the lawn and the negative comments from the neighbors don't help matters.
