She was a terrible and horrible liar, she had that appointment available and didn't want me to have the appointment and lied about it,,these are horrible bad business practices and Scanlon is not reputable and they have a horrible liar that make the appointments they are not trustworthy and they are liars, I do not recommend this business because they are not trustworthy, liars, use bad business practices and lied about an appointment, if Scanlon couldn't do the work, could have stated that they didn't want to service my hot water heater this lady that answers the phone is messy, awful liar,and is not capable of telling the truth. This week, one of the employees decided it would be okay to venture onto my property and use one of my outdoor outlets to cut his lumber. This company clearly does not maintain high standards, and I can say your neighbors will likely hate them if you have them working for you.
