Finally! A proper boba shop in the area that focuses on using quality tea. Have been here a three times in the last week and will continue to. The hand shaken fruit teas are the star of the show and just in time for summer. The refreshing iced lemon tea was indeed refreshing (good set at 30% sugar), the muscat lime green tea at 30% was also delicious, all the flavors taste real and the tea stands out. I had the guava lime green tea with peach boba. Very beautiful space, very new to the neighborhood and my drinks came quick. Also ordered the fried shumai which isn't too hard to mess up so great for a quick snack before my actual dinner. They hand the food to you directly which is nice.
