Tony Beckstead was on of the technicians that came that night. He fixed our humidifier that was broken and didn't even charge us. We will use them for everything we can. They are amazing. But the leak still persisted! Again, a call to have them come out and to wait and wait...On one occasion, Kurt didn't arrive until 7 PM! On the 4th visit, we finally canceled...we were told Kurt was on his way an hour after the reserved timeframe. Upon having another company come out to fix the leak that STILL persisted, they showed us the valve that clearly had been forced with a screwdriver/Philips head and they said: "someone has tried to force the valve open/close and they knew the leak was coming from the valve." This was what Kurt had diagnosed when the leak still persisted AFTER the pump repair we paid him to do! I really question if the pump was the real problem and it was only the valve that was further damaged: a guise for come-back work. Over $1,200.00 out of our pockets and hours and hours of waiting PLUS an additional $200.00 we had to pay another company to fix the forced valve. You determine if the other reviews are accurate...I wouldn't.

Along with closing and opening my pool - they replaced a faulty water pump and gave me all the information required to keep it running smoothly. No issues since. Nails around the door casing need to be submerged and pudded over...ya can't just "paint over them." If you cover an old hole with new drywall it needs to be textured to blend withe rest of the wall..can't just paint over it. Shouldn't have to ask a plumber to seal the shower floor or seal around the toilet. Hired a general contractor to handle the issues with personnel and make it look professional. He did not. Found out after he does NOT have a general contractors license as advertised by him and on his website. Confirmed that through DOPL. License is expired and the company has been fined three times by DOPL. I'd recommend a different "contractor."

He explained to me that the brand of water heater I purchased (Bradford White) was a top-of-the line product that is, indeed, more expensive than the models that my neighbors had purchased (Rheem for example). Vijay sent me a gift certificate in the mail for future work, which I do plan on using and giving these guys another try.
