They pretty much only have the basics: nails, screws, etc and what you might need for simple electrical or plumbing projects. Main complaint aside from most of the employees speaking almost no English is their return policy which is not existent because they'd don't take any returns and while it's clearly displayed it's easy to miss. And by no returns they mean it. Even if the same person sold it to you on the same day you are returning it an it's still in the same box and nothing is missing. For that reason I give them 2 stars instead of 3.

The oxygen was different in there. The women in the shop were very helpful. They repotted my plant, treated her and told me how to take care of her. My plant has been thriving ever since. I purchased a new plant while I was there because I was feeling inspired. The women were so knowledgeable and friendly. The prices for the plant help were reasonable also. Everything is extremely well-maintained and neat. I've been to many HomeGoods locations and this one easily has some of the biggest selection that I've seen. Every sales person that I encountered was mean and unfriendly. I asked someone if they could help me figure out the dimensions of a table. The employee looked offended that I even asked for help and meanly told me that they don't do that for customers, and that I could take a tape measure if I needed it. Not a huge deal to take my own dimensions, and they even have paper tape measures on the wall. The attitude was just not needed. In the rug department I asked another employee if they could unwrap a rolled up rug for me to check out. They literally did not say a word, glared at me, and continued to glare at me the entire time that the rug was unrolled. When the rug was finally unrolled it was too small. I liked the rug and really wanted to find out if it was available in a larger size (usually rugs come in many sizes) but was legitimately afraid to ask the employee any other questions. Not sure if this was a case of the Mondays, but this HomeGoods really needs to hire some friendly and helpful employees. I'm not expecting world class service, but it's also a little crazy for people to be so outwardly mean, no matter where you are.

I showed up and explained that I had slept on a mattress that I liked (with make/model info), but that the price was strangely low and I was wondering if they could direct me to the higher-end version. This request was ignored, as was my price point. I also explained that I wanted a plush mattress. The sales person proceeded to walk me around and point to all of the plush mattresses. I can read the word "plush" so if you're going to accompany me you need to offer some information or a service that I cannot figure out on my own. Once I narrowed down my choices to a "top 3" list, I began photographing the tags so that I could go home and research them. There seemed to be info missing on the tags (model #) but the salesperson said the tags had all the info, which seemed odd since several of them seemed to have the same names at different prices. I tried to get some clarification, asking "what's the difference between mattress A and mattress B?" The salesperson read the tag to me "well this one has 800 coils, and this one has 900." That is not helpful. Don't just read the tag to me, tell me why I care about 100 extra coils. I understand that they are working off of commission, but there was a clear loss of interest when I said I was going to go home and research them before I made a $1500 purchase. And thank goodness I did, because the one which the salesperson insisted "a lot of people buy this one" had terrible reviews. I don't care how many people buy it, I care how many people still like it after 6 months, 1 year, + later. If I had a good in-store experience, didn't have to do 100% of my own research when I got home, and reviews matched up, I would go back to the store to purchase and get the salesperson the commission they worked for. If all you do is walk me around like a babysitter, point to beds that say "plush," watch me lay on them, and read the tags to me, I don't care about your commission. I will order online. PS the pillows don't appear fresh.

And they usually seem to always offer lots of deals from 25% to 40% off items. I like to come here to stock up on candles, Halloween decorations, fall decorations, and Christmas decorations. They have many rows of all kinds of arts and crafts too. You can visit here and easily spend an hour inside. Plus, there is plenty of parking for this location. This is a fun store to just pick up random items for your home too. Highly recommended.
