The manager indicated that the poor food was not their standard, but that does not appear to be true. If you use old oil out of the deep fryer for stir frying, you end up with bad tasting stir-fry. I sincerely hope the manager addresses the issue this time. The food there used to be good, but things change. Ignoring the issues is just going to drive away customers. The dark gold color of all the food in my photo confirms their use of old oil. My wife is in a wheelchair, it is difficult to get out in winter. As a treat we like to order in occasionally. To receive sub-standard food is very disappointing.

Typical table to table cart service with a selection of dim sum. I came hungry for lunch with friends and was very impressed. The food was first class and came piping hot. Never had to wait long for a cart of fresh and tempting choices. Clean restaurant and wasn't noisy. Come hungry and come often.
