We Booked a window cleaning date with this business and on the day of he said he they were running an hour behind. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! What horrific customer service. I scheduled an appointment late 2023, for May 17, 2024, the night before (May 16, 2024) I received a text stating that they had to cancel unexpectedly, I responded back within 1 minute and received no response. I reached out on May 22, 2024, asking again if they had a date to reschedule, I had to reach out again two more times before I could secure a new date. On the new rescheduled date NO ONE CALLED, TEXT or SHOWED UP! Beyond UNPROFESSIONAL! I called about 10 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, no one answered and to date NO ONE has contacted me! HORRIFIC customer service and I don't care what they say, I will not EVER recommend them! I will be sure to share my experience with everyone. So, save your time and energy and DO NOT even bother with Tsunami Window Cleaning! Go ANYWHERE else and where your time and money is appreciated! read more
