From the initial email and then appointment set up with Ashley, we received emails confirming our appointment and reminders. Ashley was outgoing and professional. Randy came to our home this a.m. to clean some upholstered chairs: one "big boy" recliner and two side chairs. After setting up, he was conscientious and put up a tarp style "door" so there would be no worries of our cats taking off out the front door. While he was all ready to put on shoe covers to protect our floors, we advised it was not necessary. He spent almost two hours working on the chairs, and presuming that my husband spends quite a bit of time in the recliner, he put a fan blowing on the chair while cleaning the others so that it would be dry enough for my husband to actually use it today! He was thorough and detailed. We chatted about the business and our pets...he was warm and friendly. Two hours on three chairs says it all. All the chairs look fantastic and cat-fur free (at least for today). After finishing, he presented us with a gift bag filled with spot remover, pens, shoe covers, business cards, along with after care instructions. The prices were extremely reasonable and we feel Randy did a hell of job. We already know we will use Bulldog again in the near future for other furniture and carpets. These guys are rockstars! I called them as a last ditch effort, before tearing out thousands of dollars of carpeting. I practiced expectation management to the fullest, thinking our carpet was hopeless. They did it! They brought it back to life...like the day it was installed! Did I mention my carpeting is white? We had several rooms with pet issues that had not been resolved using a variety of cleaners and cleaning methods. I would highly recommend their services. Very professional. Randy and Joe did a great job. Joe was On time and called ahead to let me know when he would be at the house. I had my whole second floor and an area rub cleaned and deodorized. We had Matt out to clean our 25 year old carpets and tile floor with the grout ant the carpet color is light beige and the tile is white. It all came out looking like new.
