Unfortunately, I didn't follow my instincts, and Amazon never received the package. The older woman who "helped" me had a very poor attitude both during the initial visit and when I returned to follow up after noticing the package was never received. When I asked what could be done, she was unhelpful with the same bad attitude, offering no solutions and essentially telling me it wasn't their problem. Now Amazon won't issue a refund, and I'm left stuck without the item and the money.
