I was shocked to find that my items were dumped in the closets instead of leaving the items unpacked on the beds. While unpacking, I noticed a broken picture, and while putting things away, I noticed a large scratch on the rosewood sleigh bed. Also, one of my dressers no longer closes properly. I did have to call Terri because there was a screw missing from the sleigh bed frame. Sadly, after they left, I observed that the bed was not assembled correctly, as the footboard and the sideboard were not connected. I would use A-team again when I move.

Although we gave detail records of everything they picked up. They then proceeded to deliver the wrong furniture from someone else's home to our home. After we notified them of this mistake they sent someone to pick up stuff and then proceeded to forget items again so I had to call again for them to pick up someone else's stuff. We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own.
