They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Instead of 3 men and a big truck, there were only 2 and the smallest truck the company runs. I have at least 3 bedrooms worth of stuff and a full garage. My house is maybe 1/4 moved over and I have to do most of this by myself since the move did not go as planned. I don't think I would book this company again for what happened. Whether intentional or due to gross negligence, this represents a serious breach of client confidentiality and professional ethics. No reputable moving company should ever share private or identifying information about a potential customer with a third party, especially one outside the transaction.
