They kept their smiles and their good humor until the very end. They were also very conscientious, pointing out a broken foot on a cheap Amazon dresser that I'm certain was broken for years. Without returning my call or obtaining my consent, the owner, Travis, contacted my ex-husband and disclosed information about my potential move. This communication was completely unauthorized and resulted in my ex-husband reaching out with veiled threats -- a deeply distressing and alarming outcome. Whether intentional or due to gross negligence, this represents a serious breach of client confidentiality and professional ethics. No reputable moving company should ever share private or identifying information about a potential customer with a third party, especially one outside the transaction.
