After contacting the restaurant directly, I was told I would need to resolve the matter with DoorDash. However, DoorDash does not prepare or package the food--they only deliver what is provided to them. When I contacted DoorDash, they declined to issue a refund or credit, which has left me paying for items I did not receive. I have enjoyed Tu Familia's food in the past and truly want to continue supporting this business. However, customer service is just as important as the food itself. But my main complaint before was simply that they did not do Carrie out very well at all, but evidently that's changed which I was very pleased with. Steve had no problems with it and if you've never been there, it's got a really nice ambience. It's a nice place to go and sit down.
