I have been going here almost every night to listen to Thay doc Kinh Phap Hoa. The young monks and…read morenuns here read Kinh Phap Hoa every night (except 2 nights before Lay Sam Hoi on the 14 and the 29 or 30th, Vietnamese Day of every month) from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. They read Kinh Dieu Phap Lieu Hoa in a good speed where I can still follow. I don't read or write Vietnamese, it's a good speed to learn to read along. I've been to other temples and they read really really fast, but this temple speed is perfect for me. Each Month they also have Lay Sam Hoi twice a month, also at a really really speed too. I love the peaceful environment the monks, nuns, and the people here offer. It's a small crowd, ~10 to 15 people each night, but the environment is very peaceful and relaxing. People come, sit, read Kinh, then go home. This Wednesday, November 9, 2011 (which is the 14th Vietnamese date) is the Lay Sam Hoi Day.
