Despite contacting the main office twice and being promised a callback, I am still waiting to receive one, so I contacted the Maspeth location directly. A manager named Eric was extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. I walked in and requested a transfer from a 5 x 5..to a 5 x10 not that much bigger but the price sky rocketed..from $39.00 to $163.00 per month. And to add insult to injury..they gave me a closet with no light in it..But about 4 rodent protective packet lining the closet. So I won't be able to see the dead rodents laying on my boxes.
