Randy was extremely easy to work with throughout the process. There were plenty of options when it came to print templates, but when we described what we wanted to Randy, he designed a custom template for us! We opted to go with the large photo booth (8'Wx8'L), and couldn't be happier with our decision. There were a couple of advantages to this; we were able to comfortable fit a large number of people into one shot, and the shot was always great because we had photo booth attendants taking the pictures. They brought plenty of props, too! Our guests had so much fun--there were plenty of pictures, all of which they were able to access in our online album within 48 hours of the reception. Randy also made it a point to ensure that my husband and I, as well as our wedding party, got several pictures in the photobooth throughout the night. We had already ordered lighting from Chris and the only reason we didn't reserve Mod's photo booth in the beginning is because it was out of our budget (however, it was the one we really wanted to begin with). Mod is professional, fun, amazing, and has the BEST photo booth and lighting equipment around. It was absolutely worth spending the extra money, as the photo booth made our wedding unforgettable! The lighting made the ballroom (Shadowland) SO romantic and beautiful. He was very thorough in asking us about our preferences for the evening, from music selection to the level of crowd interaction we wanted. Like a lot of people, we were very particular about the playlist, and Dale found every song that we asked for, including some semi-obscure Memphis soul and French jazz. He also adapted to a few changes on the spot, and even asked us if it was okay to take requests once our guests started getting into it. I can't say enough good things about our experience. I was worried about the sound quality at the bandshell because it's an outdoor venue, but Tim is a pro and made sure our vows were heard loud and clear. Even in the iPhone videos, the entire ceremony is audible. He also timed the ceremony music perfectly. The dance floor was full the entire night at our reception, and he worked with the photographer to keep the flow of the night on schedule.
