He said they would get back to us in a week to ten days with an estimate. After more than two weeks and no response, we went into the showroom. The person there said she would have to get back to us. It seems she could see evidence of the visit on her computer but, she could not find our file. It is now March 3 and still nothing. We don't expect to hear from them. Apparently our job was maybe just not big enough for them? We also have a kitchen and bathroom remodel we will be doing this year. We won't be calling River Valley Kitchen and Bath.

We hired Ascending Construction for a master bath remodel. The quality of the carpentry part of the…read morejob was well done. Unfortunately we encountered several problems along the way. The estimates we were quoted for both the drywall finishing and plumber were off by half adding around $1000 to the job. About a week after the job was finished, the grout in the til started cracking. He came out to repair it. 3 weeks later, the cracking continues and a tile popped free. We consulted with a tile installer who informed us that the job was completed without an underlayment, so the tile would have to be completely removed and reinstalled, for the cost of $1000. When reached out to the contractor again with no response.

Ancient house needed extensive foundation work. My Foundation Pro said my gutters were…read moreundermining all the work he had done. I called Eric because his crew was terrific with my garage gutters. I was at the end of his waiting list, but the job only took 1 1/2 days once my turn came. I needed completely new fascia, soffets, 6 inch downspouts and gutters. The extra half day was because his crew needed to rebuild the roof and fascia board to actually do the work. He also installed a top-of-the-line gutter guard for me. Most importantly , his team positioned all the new down spouts at least 10 feet away from my house -the way I had asked. Thank God, Eric and his team knew what they were doing. My house now looks wonderful, and it is completely water tight. Thank you for the terrific job.

This guy stole are money and didn't install anything or refund our money that was unused even. This is a scam ..he is a fraud. Stay away ...see you in court Eric
