After being told they were out of town, I respectfully asked if someone else in the office could go over the quote with me. Instead of a professional reply, I received a defensive email telling me to "go somewhere else." Trying to clear up the misunderstanding, I went to their office -- only to find the owner was actually there and refused to speak with me. I had been polite and accommodating throughout, so the misleading communication and refusal to engage was unsettling. Given the nature of the business and who I was dealing with, I expected far better. I'm leaving this review to help future customers be aware and to encourage more transparent, respectful communication moving forward
