Nicholas kept the work moving efficiently, and Mario kept me well informed on details as work progressed. The crew were hard working and easy to talk to. Aside from the bougainvillea we needed a couple of trees trimmed so he gave us a HIGH quote of $1,600 for the complete job, No more or no less. We wished he would have thrown in a couple of small jobs but he stood firm on his quote. So when we gave him the go his crew waiting close by arrived and completed the job in two hours. I queried Tree Service on my smart phone for Fresno California and came up with several hits. One of those being John's Tree Service. After reading the reviews on yelp of several companies, including the reviews for John's I decided to make phone calls to at least 3-4 businesses to set appointments for estimates. The last person I would call was John's tree service. The reviews were not the best but he was the 1st person to call me back. What I liked was that he was available the same day to come to my home and give me an estimate. Things got better from here on out because he was finishing a job at the Airport today and if we could agree on a price and what needed to be done he could do my job tomorrow. We came to a meeting of the minds and he said he could be at my home at 8 a.m. Great I thought!! My experience could not have been better. They showed up on time. His workers knew their jobs and worked efficiently. They were very professional in their work ethics. My entire career was working with customers and meeting the customer's need, therefore, I am uniquely qualified to write this positive review. He was able to come out the next day and gave me a free estimate, and was willing to negotiate on the price. We came to an agreement and the next day he and his crew came out and took the tree down. It wasn't a crazy job, but I think they were at my place for around 30 minutes. Tree gone, all cleaned up. Great work, nice guy, I'll definitely use him again if I need any more work done.
