An appointment was not scheduled but Joe and his crew showed up while I was out of town. I spoke to Joe via my ring doorbell and said it was okay to proceed despite the fact that I was not in town. Upon return I noticed my bench had been moved and not placed back in its original position. I also noticed that my rock garden memorial had been moved and also not put back in its original position. I spoke with Joe and he said he had to move the rocks and bench to complete the job. I advised him that I was upset that I was not informed of the need to move the rocks as I would have preferred to gently move them because of their significance. He said he was not made aware of the fact that the rocks were "special" and he would not have moved them if he had known. He apologized at the end of the conversation but the took no accountability for leaving the other things out of place. As a customer I don't know what is needed to do the job and I feel like I should have been made aware of the rock garden movement. I asked if my sprinkler was damaged in the process and Joe said "I dont know, we didn't check." He then proceeded to talk about my bill. So I guess it's my responsibility as the customer to ask them to check the sprinkler or to ask them not to damage the sprinkler? I'm disappointed in Joe's performance, lack of accountability and attention to detail. I felt he would believe his reputation was more important than cash, but it seems I was wrong.

I hired George and his team to remove five trees (one of which was probably 3 stories tall) and extract a mature sago palm from my yard. I also had them grind down the stump for the largest tree extracted and poison the other smaller ones. These guys were on time and extremely efficient. They arrived at 8:15 and were done before 11am, including cleanup. I was blown away at how clean my yard was left, too. They even took the time to blow all the sawdust off my neighbors roof, the brick fence and the alley. The price was incredibly reasonable - affordable for what I asked them to do!
