Moving forward let me go on to get my glowing review as promised of an emergency situation fixed very quickly by the customer service department. I came in because I was going to a nail shop nearby and had a lady situation to say the least as well as a dead phone and no charger. I went to the bathroom to use one of those old-school dispensing machines and my luck it was empty. I then shuffled onto the customer service department embarrassed but an older woman came to my assistance and happily spoke to me about my situation underneath her breath and also assured me that it was nothing to be ashamed of. She went above and beyond fixing the machine as they had no idea how to do so but said he go and grab a new pack of lady products and we will take care of them for you for the inconvenience. This was on June 10, 2019 and I will never forget it, Thank You.

We didn't give up, but luckily Aamir saw us struggling with her and offered help. So glad he did. He was so kind and did everything in his power to find us a solution we were happy with. Thank you!!! The selection in the Wylie store is limited but a good variety. Better selection in Mckinney & Rockwall. Value is good, they stand behind their products. I do think some things are overpriced, but if you watch the sales you will find great deals.

We ended up buying more than we intended, there were just way too much bargain buys! To top it off, there's a discount when you open a new account. So on top of the heavily discounted items we already got, the additional discount just by opening an account was just the cherry on top. Our cashier ( I hate that I forgot her name!) was incredibly kind and friendly. Service with a smile is always a plus PLUS! What I'd love to see more of, though, is a bit more kid-friendly options for those with little ones. We do enjoy the small green lawn near the fountain! But maybe some restaurants that have a centralized courtyard where kids can roam free. There's also some room for improvement to add less chainy spots and more local mom and pops to support.

It's like waiting a week for the correct amount to clear. There's many good deals at Walmart but not the best at curb side accounts. Also, there is less choices for products over all and no good small quantity toilet paper brands. Most of your toilet paper is $10 or more & that's a crazy price. A single person does not want to buy a ten roll pack. I'll shop for paper goods somewhere else.

Most are not friendly and try to avoid customers, chat amongst themselves, will offer you their device to type in the product you are asking about, can't efficiently work their registers, always referring people to customer service for assistance when you need something small, like a gift receipt. Self check out is way more efficient. One manager runs back and forth putting out fires, helping employees, trying to assist but never a word for customers.
