Let me describe my experience as a first timer. You gain entry via ringing a doorbell. Ok. I can do that. Upon being buzzed in, I enter. The only one working there is in the very back of the store. No greeting. Note I am the only customer. I look around and walk further into the store and finally I initiate a greeting to which they respond. I look around. Prices for pieces I browse tend to be between 20 and 24 dollars, fair enough for consignment stores. Quality seems good. There are an assortment of women's clothing and shoes and jewelry. I just don't see anything this particular trip to purchase. Fair enough. As I prepare to leave I thank the worker and leave. The main thing I want to point out and why 3 stars vs. more is the lack of warmth from staff. Not Customer Service friendly, not inviting. I initiated any and all greetings. This worker made no attempt to make me feel welcome or even try to make visual contact, much less get a customer who would return. This ain't the only consignment shop in Pittsburgh.. .

The crystals she has there are all beautiful, and some of them even come in bracelet and earring form! I bought a malachite bracelet, as pictured, and I love it.
