From start to finish he, designed, managed and completed my remodel in the agreed time frame which I started with just the kitchen and family room and completed the entire home. From our first meeting, Will always listened attentively and redirected me even when I was a difficult customer. His ability to understand what I wanted when I didn't was spot on. He has been quick to understand what I was going for in terms of design and feel. For my Master bed room and bathroom I wanted a spa-like feel from my favorite DC hotel and he did just that.
