Bought my shed a little over 5 years ago. Today the lock broke so I drove to the Sacramento location to buy a new one. My shed was 2 months our of warranty and the gentleman there dug through his drawer and had the piece i needed. I was fully prepared to pay the $179 for an entire new assembly just to get the one piece, but he didnt want any money. Its a little thing, but meant a lot to me. We purchased a Tuff Shed from Home Depot. Choosing the shed type, options, and upgrades was surprisingly easy and straightforward. The sales rep for Hone Depot, Nathan, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. Scheduling, which done from their main office on Fee Street went smoothly without hiccups. Email was the primary mode of communication. However, I was able to call to speak to a staff when I wanted additional clarification regarding installation or other features. Installation was exceptional. Installers arrived on time. We showed them the site and asked a few questions. As prep for the site we laid out weed cover fabric, which provided a nice guide for positioning our shed. The installers went to work on the base frame and before preceding with the full install they asked for confirmation of the location because once the full build began they could move the shed. Once we ok'd the location the installers began the build and did not stop. They were awesome. Along the way they ask for confirmation of the shelving height and location and provided us with other important installation information. From start to finish these guys were phenomenal. I'm sorry that I did not get one of the installers name, but the lead guy's name is Vadzim. I recommend Tuff Shed if you need more storage. It was a non stressful good experience. As a side note, read your invoice AND your contract, don't gloss through them. There are details that you must pay attention. This will minimize or alleviate a stressful experience and misunderstandings. Don't forget do your research on sheds, read reviews and ask questions. read more

I've called & texted 3 times since 6/11/25 when they installed. I'm missing my track vents that I paid for. I get apologies & I'll contact main office & I'm still waiting for my vent screens. I've called Micheal 3 times to receive my floor track vents. They were supposed to come & put them on but they never responded, so I said just mail to me & I'll put on. This was installed on 6/11/25. We had our shed installed about a month ago. We have (2) issues that need attention. Brian our rep has not been much help. Every time we call they tell us to call another number. No one has called us back. We have called at least 11 times. The number routes to Dallas Tx. Leave another message. Such poor customer service. We paid for our shed but can't get it completed. They want us to sign off on completion but no way are we doing that until they make it right. read more

We stopped by the showroom to check out some of their sheds, and they had a good selection of sizes, colors, etc. for us to review. The salesman there was very helpful with answering questions, so we left feeling confident that this would be a good purchase. We opted to have a subcontractor (one that Tuff Shed would choose that's not affiliated with them) prep the area where the shed would be placed. The contractor was friendly, but we had no idea that he had never done any work for Tuff Shed until we started asking a lot of questions about his work. This was pretty frustrating because we were under the impression that the work done would be up to the standards that Tuff Shed requires, and we certainly did not want to be guinea pigs for a brand new contractor. Once the area was prepped, we had another set of contractors come out to install the shed. They were prompt, but ultimately in the end, the entire shed is slightly off center and crooked. Unfortunately, we have no way to re-do this or move the shed, so we would have to live with a misaligned shed. We had also noticed that the shelves were installed upside down (silver/aluminum lining facing down). When we inquired about this, they sent someone out to look at it who said that's how they install them now. It just doesn't make any sense to me because the lining makes things easier to slide in and out. Furthermore, without the lining, there's wood dust on everything we put on the shelves. It seems like this person just didn't want to deal with having someone come out to properly install the shelving and basically just lied to us. All of the images on the website, in brochures, and even the showroom models showed all shelving with aluminum lining facing up. While we do like our shed, our experience with the company has been subpar. read more

I am currently waiting for the earth anchors so that we can get a final inspection on the barn shed. My first shed (10x12) was purchased and went up in just a couple months and is still like new 12 years later. For this shed, we wanted something larger and went with a 12 x 16 pro barn which required permitting. This is where everything went downhill. I paid for a full build with permitting process in May 2024 and had to contact them a month after we had permit in November to find out what was going on. I found the permit was issued weeks earlier but no work could start in production until they had approved drawings from the county. The permit department for Tuff Shed had been repeatedly emailing requests to an email thread that said "do not respond to this email". When I spoke to the permitting person at Tuff Shed. They dad they were unable to get on the phone with the county. So I had to do the legwork to get the approved drawings from the county to the permitting department at Tuff Shed so they could start production on my shed. Luckily, I had worked in construction for years understood the process, and was able to make it happen. But I feel I paid for a service that was only partially delivered. It had been like 2 or 3 years of debating if its the right time to replace our old rotted shed. I was tired of hitting my head on our old shed because it was small and I kept thinking i was gonna sink my leg thru the rotted floor. Bout a month ago we decided to go to Tuff Shed. We were greeted by the sales person Salvado. Salvador was great! If this review was solely on the customer service I would rate it 5 stars. Salvador wasn't pushy and had lots of patience and explained everything real thorough. Only thing I wish I would of done was to see if they offered some type of financial program to see if they had like a no interest for 6 months or something. Salvador said they didnt have anything like that, so ehh. I never put anything on my credit card that I cant pay off by the end of the billing cycle. So I just put the shed on my credit card. I was looking forward to the shed went home and started emptying out the old shed and breaking it down. The next weekend the guys that were supposed to install the shed pulled up and got to work. They seemed nice and I thought they were going to do solid work. I offered them gatorades, water and even bought them a pizza since they had been working all day in the heat. Once they left I inspected the shed. I was upset with the quality work. Lots of nails were just sticking through the wall that weren't even nailed to the studs. Some sides of the wall weren't even nailed at all and there was sunlight showing through the boards. They also left a big hole on the floor, and split one of the studs. I emailed Salvador the pics and he quickly did a work order and next week some guy came out. He did some work like cutting off the nails that missed the studs and putting more nails on the walls to make sure they were tight on the studs and also put another stud next to the stud that was split, but still didn't fix the hole on the floor that was left behind. We had to wait another week. Keep in mind all my stuff that was on the shed was still outside in my back yard and it actually rained. All my stuff got wet. Thanks Tuff Shed. So today June 13th 2022 Enrique came to finish the job. I will say he did a great job, it sucks that the work wasn't done right the first time. Tuff shed doesn't send actual Tuff Shed workers to set the Shes up. They sub contract these guys and to be honest I was not amazed with the quality work they did. I wish Tuff Shed would send an actual Tuff Shed employee to review the work of the subcontractors to make sure their work was up to par. Honestly I always thought Tuff Shed was the top of the line, but after experiencing what I went through I certainly don't think that anymore. I wish their subcontractors were as good as the customer service the company provides. If your in the market for a shed make sure to ask them if they can send actual tuff shed guys to install your shed. These other guys dont care they just want to build it asap and leave. read more

As a Tuff Shed owner for the past 30 years having owned 6 Tuff Sheds at various homes, I can state they have been the best product for quality, construction, cost, and installation. My present Tuff Shed being 23 years old, still in great condition, except it needed a new 48" x 72" door. I went to Tuff Shed located at 1235 Fee Dr. in Sacramneto. Walked in the door and spoke to Mr. Tim Sheline at the front counter. Told him what I needed. He stated, "No problem", we can take care of that for you. I pointed out the door on one of their sheds on display. Told him I wanted one just like that. Tim took all my information, and priced it out. Only took a few minutes. Then excused himself to go talk to his Manager. Came back in a few minutes, told me they could have the door ready in 3 weeks. He was able to squeeze my small order in that time period. The total cost for construction and installation was excellent. Exactly what I had budget. Tim said that Jessica would call me and make an appointment for coming out to measure the actual opening, prior to manufacturing and also schedule the installation date & time. Sure enough as soon as I got home, got the phone call from Jessica. Scheduled everything. A very pleasant person who took all the information from me. I am extremly pleased with the customer service provided by Tim and his staff. Fast, efficient, courteous, and excellent pricing. Installation in a few weeks. Stan at the Elk Grove Home Depot was the initial contact for purchasing a 12x12 Sundance shed for our property. He expertly guided us through the selection process and what to expect with the actual site preparation and install. The actual install was within two weeks of the purchase. The two men who built the shed, Boris and George, communicated well with us on the install day and arrived promptly at the arranged time. At our site, their inspection and communication were completely professional. They were friendly and addressed our ongoing questions and concerns. The two of them were thorough and efficient in erecting the shed and were finished in about four hours from arrival. After deciding to go with Tuff Shed for what was suppose to be quality build, local custom shed companies warned me otherwise. I couldn't have been more wrong going not listening to them. On the outside the shed looks great. Inside you notice the horrible quality of lumber. It's like Tuff Shed buys the left overs from Home Depo that no one wants to buy. I understand knots are normal and wane to some degree. But these piece are straight up split down the middle, have 2inch holes or wane that's nearly half the width of the wood. Some cut were really short and 2x4 sticking out where it will be sooo noticeable the walls will bulge out after putting dry wall. It pretty unbelievable how the worker or qc staff would let this be delivered to a job site. Just so you know everything is pre-build I'm Sacramento. Weather you order a shed in Auburn or Placerville it's being built at the same location. The installers are not TuffShed employees, but 3rd party contractor, meaning they don't care about the quality of the materials. Their job is to install the kit Tuff shed provides so they don't have your best interest if they see any defect. Again, it's impossible not to notice how bad the build and quality of materials. Now it's hard not to wonder what defect are there that I can't see. I called warranty department which is the Sacramento office. Spoke to warranty rep and he asked to text him photos of the wood. After reviewing the photos he texted back "Most of the 2x4's that you showed me are defectives. They should not have been used. Waning and knots are normal but splits and holes are not. The ones we will bring will meet the standard." He's sending a technician in 2 weeks to "repair" the issue. I asked in the mean time if he can send someone out in the meantime to understand what the extend of the issue and what exactly needs to be fix. Upper management denied that request. Warranty rep Antonio was professional and took ownership of the situation and assured that everything will be fixed to Tuff Shed quality. Antonio is not to blame and neither the sale associate Martin who did a great job helping me choose a shed and answered all my questions. It the production team with their lack of quality control who passed faulty materials which in the end lead to a subpar quality which I was not expecting from "Tuff Shed". Guess now I have to cancel the electrician and wait for nearly half the 2x4 to be replaced. My advice is go to Tuff shed when your shed is in production and inspect the quality of the lumber. I'll definitely be doing that when they come out here. And finally, whatever chemicals installers had killed my lawn. read more

One star is one too many for my experience with Tuff Shed Sacramento. In my 20 years as a homeowner this is by far the worst contractor I have ever had. The original installer was extremely rude to my wife and later was caught stealing firewood from my elderly neighbors yard. I was shocked to learn he is still working as a contractor for Tuff Shed even after photographic evidence was sent to the company. After this incident a manager assured me he would be personally overseeing my installation however I never heard from him again. Even after he promised to contact me following my initial complaint regarding the theft he did not respond until I reached out and contacted him again. He claimed that my contact info wasn't in the system but that's complete BS as they had contacted me regarding plans and scheduling by both phone and e-mail se re The quality of the construction is abysmal the lumber used is of the lowest quality. Almost every stud is damaged with rot, there were attempts to plane them down and remove the rot but that left boards that are thin and angulated. It will be nearly impossible to hang shelving in the shed as it is now. A update #1: After contacting the company they agreed the building was substandard and sent a crew to fix it. The crew didn't fix it and insisted that the repair of "filling the edges with caulking around the windows is sufficient". They also offered free paint as a consolation. I guess you get what you pay for because the paint job is shoddy with missing patches and I got to spend part of my weekend cleaning spilled paint from my driveway. Following yet another complaint with photos the production manager came to look at the shed and again agreed it was substandard, he agreed that repairs needed to be made. Now 3 weeks later I call to follow up and find out my complaint and repair request was marked as completed. On top of terrible construction the customer service is awful. No one is ever in the office or at least does t answer phone calls. So now 4 months later I still have a substandard poorly constructed shed and a company that refuses to actually make it right despite repeated assurances they will. I'm disgusted with my overall experience and am left with little recourse. Update# 2: After several months they finally came out and replaced the defective shed. However they decided to re-use the doors and windows from another shed and the paint doesn't match...and by not match it's a completely different color. read more

The shed is good. Thats the only thing nice I can say about this branch. The only thing that went right was me paying them. From that point forward its been nothing but headaches. The sales rep Nathan Lomasson was nice and pleasant when dealing with him ill give him that, but once that part was over, it was very used car salesman vibes. "I didn't get that email, I never received a message, never got a call, I can't get ahold of the county bc they won't call me back" Had me looking really silly when I called the person at the county that "he couldn't get on the phone and wouldn't return his calls", only to have him speak to me like I was the sales rep "HOW MANY MESSAGES DO I HAVE TO LEAVE HIM" the county rep said. I had to figure out much of the process myself that I was assured would be handled by tuff shed. to Nathans defense, he did drop off a copy of plans personally to my house bc of a miscommunication, so he did do that. The contractors they hired brought their dog to my home, in my backyard, without asking nor telling me. I have 2 German shepherds, had I opened the back door, it would have been a nightmare. Nails everywhere, broken fence posts, dog feces in my yard. They show up without extension cords, ask me for those plus a place to plug them in. Show up with no paint brushes, ask me for those. Break 2 of my fence posts from leaning the material on it, didn't say anything to me about it. I notice my fence is broken when they leave. My neighbor comes over told me he saw them lean all the material against it. The answer from the contractor was " did you build this fence yourself, must not be good quality" My fence was broken so I withheld the last payment. I get forwarded an email from the district manager Kurt: This claim is between Belru Construction and the customer. It looks as though Belru is handling this. Tuff Shed needs to collect the monies owed. Please collect the payment owed while Belru completes the repair. I can no longer wait for the money. Its between myself and the contractor, we cannot wait anymore pay us? Who would pay first? What is the companies incentive to fix the work if I paid them first. After the fence was fixed , I paid as I said I would. To be fair they tried contacting me to fix the WRONG COLOR TRIM, but at this point I am so done with them as a company, I WOULD RATHER BUY NEW PAINT AND PAINT MYSELF SO AS NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE. read more

So, we are repeat customers. We had a barn built several years ago and the professionalism and service we experienced back then, led us to call them back. Big mistake. How times have changed. We were in need of a shed quickly and I couldn't get the guy in the office to get me simple pricing information on a pre-built shed that was on mark down on a recent Saturday. Tired of waiting, I drove 45 minutes to their office and there's two guys sitting at their desk doing absolutely nothing. The place is a ghost town. So the guy that I end up dealing (Tim, who I'd been messaging with), makes all kinds of excuses saying he's been swamped all day...blah, blah, blah. All b.s. I end up deciding on a new purchase since my build is small and time is an issue for me and Tim tells me it's faster than buying the pre-built. About the only positive thing I can say about this entire experience is that they were actually able to schedule the install of our very small shed within a few days. I guess that's worth the one star. The love ends there. Fast forward to the install day. I see immediately as they are unloading the panels, that our order was not built 100% accurate. Why on earth was there a vent cut into a wall where I didn't want one? More on that in a moment. Second, one of their installers, a ridiculous punk with a silly little Man-Bun that is just an epic jerk and has an attitude the entire time he's there. The only thing I can think is that he just doesn't like anyone watching him work. I wonder why. Not that I have to explain, but I happen to love construction and find it interesting, so I like to watch such things. I wasn't hovering, just sitting there and staying out of their way. Little Man-Bun guy didn't like it apparently. I'll tell you, life is too short to have an a-hole come on your own property to do a job that he's being paid good money for! I should've told him to pack his crap and leave really, but I'm too damn nice! Now for the shed itself. I see the extra vent and ask about it. I didn't give them attitude or anything, but it wasn't supposed to be there, so I asked. They check their order and they say it's supposed to be there according to what they see. So it's the office guy's fault I suppose, so I let it go. Nothing can be done about it at this point anyway. I then notice a large chunk of siding on the very top front of the shed is caved in. I figure they are going to address the issue properly at some point. Maybe it will be straightened out and covered with trim or something. So I let them do the work and I keep my mouth shut so I don't have to have another conversation with Little Man-Bun guy. Next, the other installer (the nice one), is doing the roof, and the overlay which is supposed to be at least 8# tar paper by any reasonable construction standard, is actually material about as thin as tissue paper. I don't question it, because at this point, I know they aren't going to do the roof right and I just want these guys gone from my property. Now for the interior. We paid extra bucks for 2" x 6" studs, and what we end up getting is a bunch of crap that belongs in the dumpster. There is some pretty rough, beat up lumber that certainly wasn't anything like the barn we had built before. After the installers vacated my property (finally, thankfully), I went to check the damaged siding, and all man-bun cared to do was a seriously half-assed patch job with some putty and it sticks out like a sore thumb! I looks like crap, and I'm understandably hacked! I get a "how was your install" email a couple of days later at which time I mention only about 1/2 of what you've just read. I then get a phone call asking about it and the lady tells me she's going to look into it and get back to me. Guess what? Several weeks have gone by and I'm done waiting, so here's my 100% honest Yelp review. I can tell you that Tuff Shed will take your money, deliver a corner cutting, shoddily built structure, and forget about you because they simply don't care. Their installers aren't Tuff Shed employees, just subs they hire that can't be trusted or held to account for their conduct. To anyone considering Tuff Shed's services, call someone, ANYONE ELSE if you want a quality build, decent customer service, and a shred of respect. You won't get it from Tuff Shed.j *Update* Incredible that even now, Tuff Shed is too lazy to lift a finger to look up my order and contact information based on my name and location to "make this right." It isn't rocket science people. If I have an upset customer, I damn well take the time to pick up the phone to speak with them! We wanted so bad for this to go well and it's been such a long, frustrating process to work with Tuff Shed as a company. We started our journey in the middle of August 2020. We wanted a larger shed and went with the 12x16 tall barn with a loft, 2 skylights, and 2 windows. This had to be custom drawn to specs before we could get started with the permits. This initial engineering took 6 weeks to complete to the point we could okay the plans and then another 2 weeks before they were finalized by the engineer. We then started the permit process that was all online, easy to do except that we needed a signature from the contractor, Tuff Shed, to move forward. We asked and finally received the signature we needed about 3 weeks later. We were not thrilled with communication at this point but happy to have permits in process. We received our permit around Christmas time and took it straight to Tuff Shed Sacramento so that we could get on the build list. Our date for install wasn't for another 7 weeks. We waited to hear more about install times and such but never did, so a few days before the builders were set to come, we emailed our sales rep and received a bit of information as a guess as to what would happen on build day. I understand that the builders are subcontractors but things started to go downhill here as well. We had little to no communication about when people would be showing up to our house where we had to have someone home, as per their instructions in their what to expect guide. The builders did come late-morning and put up the walls and the general structure, then we had to wait for a building inspection, this was Wednesday afternoon. Tuff Shed didn't call it in until the following Monday, per the inspector. Over that weekend, it proceeded to rain and soak the inside of our unfinished building as well as the materials that were to be used to build the loft, which were now warped from the water. When the building inspector came the following week, he informed us that he chould have come out the next day or Friday, had they actually called them. So we were lied to by Tuff Shed that they "couldn't get ahold of anyone." We then let this sit for another couple of days without any word from Tuff Shed as to when they would come and finish things. Finally, they arrived but hastily installed the loft and thought that just putting a few extra 2x4 supports from the ground up would fix the problem. (see pictures) There were also some factory errors with our door that have not really been addressed but are somewhat cosmetic. We called and told Tuff Shed that they needed to send someone out to inspect the work that was done and that we were not happy. The builder arrived a day later to finish the loft but did not bring new wood to fix the loft correctly so we turned him away after showing him the issues which he agreed were not okay and needed to be addressed. The builder came out on a Sunday and properly fixed the loft and finished our build. From this Day, we have not heard anything again from Tuff Shed Sacramento to make sure our concerns were addressed and we were satisfied with the build. We also still owed them the balance on the shed. We finally had a phone call from our sales rep 6 weeks after the build was finished that he noticed our account was still open because we needed to pay the balance and he heard an earful about how it all went. He did apologize but offered no further discounts or other help to smooth over the trouble we had during the build. He sent us a link to make our final payment and now, a week later, their payment system still won't take our money so we can be finished with this journey. If you can, please go somewhere else to get your shed. I wish we would have, and will not ever recommend them to anyone in the Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado areas. read more

The shed should get a rating of 3-4 stars, the people at Tuff Shed in Sacramento get the "1" star. It's the times that a company will take your money right away and then when there's a problem, suddenly no response. We paid an extra $200 to have a shed built close to our house. When the installation crew arrived we were told it's not possible, so its built the 18-24 inches from the house. Not what we wanted or spent a couple of weeks discussing with our salesperson but now we have this shed. Still no response from anyone at Tuff Shed about our overpayment of $200. The whole process was very pleasant. Visited their site at the Home Depot in Elk Grove, then their site in Sacramento. Many styles and sizes and colors to choose from. Their representatives were very helpful in assisting us on what we needed (as well as a referral for a company to prepare ground prior to shed being erected). Once we finally decided the size, shape, and colors we wanted, we built our shed on-line. They communicated with us prior and we knew what to expect and when to expect the delivery. They called prior, and started to assemble right away. It took them about 4 hours to completely build the shed. Very happy with the shed and the process was great. read more

Okay, first got to be honest and say I visited Tuff Shed looking at their sheds and everybody there was super helpful very informative and clearly had the knowledge of all of their products, time to install, the extras, and so on. not being one to frivolously just spend money, I decided to look at a few other sheds as well as the sheds offered by Costco which you have to catch them at the right Costco on the right weekend because it's one of those traveling shows that Costco sponsors on occasion such as the barbecues the hot tubs and those types of things they come around every so often so you have to know the schedule. The Costco brand sheds are also very nice and well-built. They are also "slightly" cheaper then tuff shed. HOWEVER, depending on your timeline, cost, and extras that you may want on your shed such as Windows, gables, two doors, one door, paint, flooring for instance heavy duty flooring regular flooring AND install timeline, space available etc I chose to go with Tuff Shed. WHY, because of several reasons. After discussing with both manufacturers tuff shed basically needs 18 to 20 inches from your fence line or any other structure to be able to install the shed the Costco company needs three feet and I didn't necessarily want to take up an additional square footage in my backyard just put a shed in. What are you going to do with that 3 feet of empty space between the fence and the shed? Another thing is several of the extras such as stronger floor for the Costco brand cost a little bit extra but there are other things to consider as well. 1 is that tuff shed is installed it's done completed ready to be filled up with stuff. The Costco shed if you decide that you want it painted that is extra otherwise they will deliver it with a primer coat. Additionally the Costco shed does not come caulked and or finish sealed so to speak. Well, I'm installing this thing and it's freaking winter, and granted I can probably try and figure out when the next rains are going to come and have it installed with about 7 or 10 days to go, but that means I got to get my butt out there get a ladder, chairs and other stuff not to mention getting the caulk the caulking gun to caulk that shed up all every way but Sunday prior to the next rain. This becomes more difficult when the Costco install is 4-6 weeks out! How do you plan that weather. I would also need to make time to paint it not to mention buying the paint choosing colors and some of that. These types of things are not over-the-top types of work-related capabilities and I am totally capable of doing all of that. However, I have to be able to make the time to do that and be able to spend time with the family, take care of the yard, take care of the house and do many other things. if you have all the time and everything to be able to do that you might be able to save yourself a few bucks maybe two to $300 by the time you're done buying the paint the caulk and don't forget that your time is worth a lot as well. So if you spend two to three days putting two to three coats of paint on this shed, and another couple of days caulking the shed inside now to make sure it's sealed are you really saving money? Just finish this post off, I want to say when I made the decision to go Tuff Shed at about halfway through the install process from tuff shed I decided it was the best decision I made regarding sheds. The install guys were totally professional they came in made sure the ground was ready to go and that shed was basically installed in about 5 to 7 hours. The only reason it took a little bit longer is one portion of the shed was the wrong size or length and the nice thing was everything's local so they literally went back to the shop so to speak and had it brought out. Bing, bang , boom, installed, painted ( 2-3 coats) it appeared, sealed, caulked, roofed, shelves, window, insulated and gone. Gorgeous, and able to take boxes etc. Anyway, that was my decision just thought I'd pass it along again the customer service, expertise, installation, product and professionalism was well worth it. Highly recommend tuff shed if anybody's thinking about getting a shed for storage in their backyard or even a makeshift office they have those there as well. the Costco one would be fine if you have plenty of time on your hands, are able to work with tools and take the time to paint and seal hey don't mind missing a few feet in your backyard or you got plenty of room but if you like insulation more shelving and you want it done in a short. In the beginning, I was very happy with my shed. When the first storm came up, most of the shingles on one side came off. HORRIBLE workmanship. My husband rather than spending the time and energy dealing with the company, just simply fixed them himself. The shingles continue to fall off with each wind and rain. I was told by the salesman that the shed will need to be "leveled" as the dirt will settle when it was installed. He told me I could tell because the door won't fit properly. Mildly pissed off would be putting it nicely. When we went in, we saw a shed exactly like the one we wanted. We pointed it out to Nathan, and said "we want that shed, but shorter". The shed we pointed out had the door on the 8 foot wall, and that's exactly what we wanted bc we have things to drag in that can't be maneuvered through that small gap. So now we have a shed with a door in a place that we can't put our stuff in unless we drag it through the house, out to the back, and around to the side. For $2000, you'd think they would build it how you asked them to build it. It's a nice shed, but absolutely useless the way it was built. It makes things VERY DIFFICULT for us. read more

The Shed was finally fixed after more than a week. The guys left an awful lot of nails that didn't make it into the 2 x4's. As Yelp doesn't allow for changing the star rating after originally posting, this business would get 1 Star from me. They fixed the issue but only after I contacted the credit card company, after numerous telephone conversations, and after several emails.
