Personally, I do not want to have equipment that does everything for me. I enjoy filling my own pots, and cooking real burgers, using a grill etc. It reminded me of an "air fryer" kitchen. High tech German Equipment that is designed for "lazy cooks". I understand precision cooking. But typically if you are a good cook, you use your skills to achieve this. Additionally, I spent over $200 to prepare the owner food as he said he needed to try my food first. I am not running my business yet and that really hurt my wallet. Naturally, I wanted to provide them with exceptional food. They were blown away by my recipes and they were polite. However, I was not comfortable with the idea of being rushed into signing a contract and paying a $500 membership fee. $3500 a month for only 100 hours of kitchen time with multiple people. Additionally, I was not offered any form of monetary assistance or even food to prepare for them. This is one of the very few kitchens recommended by the Health Department in Sacramento and unfortunately they are not in business to help entrepreneurs get started. Eddy is in business to make a lump sum profit. Speaking of Health Department, he stated multiple times that he had connections in the health department and could guarantee getting my permits pushed through. I did not understand why he thought I needed that. He implied there was a lot of hoops to get over. I suppose that was his pitch to try to get me to sign up. The location is tucked away far from visibility in an office complex. They encourage you to use delivery apps and they do not offer commissary services for equipment. After a long and unsuccessful search in this area I found a true blue 24 hour kitchen in Livermore run by Michelle called New Tradition Artisan Kitchen. She blew me away with her customer service. She is working with me and the rates are the most reasonable I have found. The rates and accommodations make up for the trip there and back.

We got a courtesy reminder the day before the technicians were scheduled to come. Zach and Tevin arrived on time and were friendly, courteous and professional. They were also very good-natured about our barky dogs! The result is better than we ever expected- so beautiful and realistic. You would never think it was an after-market insert. Price's comparable- not the greatest price but acceptable for large quantities purchase. We never have any issue at this store as we never returned any items before. Except for very last time June 2026. We bought an item in-store around $85 on June 15th. Staff was so friendly and helpful "went above beyond to help us find the size we asked for". Everything was done quickly and as expected. Then on June 29th 2026 we came back to return it because the size is not match to the one we already have at restaurant. Product's never used. "At the time we walked in the store. Staff welcomed us immediately. The right hand side cashier from the entrance, the guy took care of us. After knowing that we came just to return the product. He checked the paper receipt promptly . Without asking for anything else he just said "oh this one is purchased with cashier named "J...". He moved us to "J.." counter and asked us just wait there. Around 5 - 7 mins later, store is very quiet. At 2:55pm only us and another one customer in store with 5-6 staff went around counter, aisles. We were still standing there in front of "J..." counter. The man took care of us in the beginning, made loudspeaker announcement to look for "J..." at the back of store then he also disappeared. We still kept waiting in front of counter. 10 mins passed, no sign of "J..." 's appearance. We almost quit, one of us decided to go home and come back in another day. The cashier / customer service lady from the other side of store came and offered help. She moved us to her counter. At this moment only she said: next time when we wanted to returned anything. Just come to her counter. The other side with sell associates when we have some other issues or questions about items. She done the returned very quickly just in 3 mins. But to find someone in the store to help you is like a treasure hunt. I finally found a man in the hardware area, but as soon as I walked up to him, his phone ring and somebody was talking to him and he just turned us back to me and walked away. So I had to chase him so when he got off the phone, I could ask more to find rubber stoppers. He took me there. It was not a very happy man. The garden section was completely empty also but we did end up finding the soil test kits and two bags of mulch. I don't know what happened if somebody bought them all out or what. Of course, then you have to go all the way back to the middle to pay. I don't know, this whole store gives off a vibe of nobody gives a tootle about whether you're there or not.
