I would like to commend Lisa Waffle for the excellent service she recently provided us. We have multiple orders through our contractor and designer, and we came into the site to review our choices. Our order was not easily accessible, so several items were in question. Lisa reached out to the staff member heading up our order, to the slab department, and to our contractor. She spent a great deal of time locating the updated information, and then proceeded to organize the order by room. A dizzying selection of tiles and displays could easily have been overwhelming, but Sabrina was very helpful, listening to our ideas, making good suggestions and providing us with various tile samples to take home. I placed an order in Rancho Cordova store. After waiting for a week,I got a call from that the order is ready to pick up, During The pick up I found out that is not my order, The order was placed wrong by a representative, I asked them to place the order with the correct material, AFTER a week, Visited the store and ask for update. They promised me that they're gonna get back to me next day and next day. I'm getting a call and they Stating that their Texas branch where they placed an order "didn't like how they place an order from here". SERIOUSLY. WHAT A HELL. The customer service rep's name is Zach( Zachariah Lorah) I Have to move in to my new house this weekend and because of this unresponsive people , I have to delay my move in. Bought a large batch of tile to do a backslash in the kitchen to go along with the new granite installed. The staff was very attentive and took their time with us helping us to figure out the best option for our remodel project. We decided on a smooth ceramic tile after looking at a lot of colors and styles. The item we wanted had to be ordered. It only took 3 days to get it. Great and helpful staff. Went in to buy a new counter top for my parents home as they are remodeling by thr recommendation of our contractor. We were told to head to the back and look around and a sales associate will come find you to assist. We were there 45 minutes and not ONE person offered assistance. We asked for help twice at front desk and the side office and were told someone would be with us, but still no one assisted. So we just ended up leaving. read more

Both times I've gone in person, the customer service has been terrible. The type of customer service where staff is rude for no apparent reason, they are just miserable in life or hate their job, or I don't know why folks have the audacity to act that way with someone that has done absolutely nothing to you. I've ordered over the phone and picked up material and even the pick up process, misery.... Encounters like these often leave me questioning why some people remain in roles they clearly dislike. We came to Bedrosians to buy something other than quartzite. We had had two slabs of quartzite crack within hours and days of installation. Our contractor told us to go pick out new slabs at Bedrosians because of Covid, the stock was very low, and what we wanted wasn't there. We had only days to fit in our install with our contractors due to scheduling problems so we were forced to choose a marble. We wanted Corona marble, but it was not available for months so we chose this oriental marble. As soon as it was installed, it started showing every single droplet of water, and so we contacted Bedrosians and our contractor who all met here and he took pictures and told us that he would take it back, to his office and examine the pictures and see what he could do. He told us that he would email us. Within 30 minutes of him leaving, (and mind you Bedrosians is an hour from our house), he sent a stock letter that stated they were not going to be responsible for the watermarks. We had Changs come out, and re-sand down the counters and polish them. Then they sealed them. We waited a week before using them and the very first time we put a glass of water on the counters, this is what we have. No one's he wants to take responsibility. Clearly these counters are unusable and will just continue to stain and watermark. Before these counters we had corona marble for 14 years, and never had anything like this happen. We loved our marble and because of the housefire we had to replace them. I'm very frustrated and disappointed in Bedrosians. I would never buy anything from them again. Not only do they not stand behind their products, they have terrible customer service. Below you will find a picture of the counters, one week after we let the sealant do its thing and then we set a glass of water on the counters and have a permanent stain. This is not juice or oil or any kind of etching liquid. This is merrily water. read more

We recently started a bathroom remodel project and bought tile for our floor. We had hoped to put it in our hall bathroom as well but after it was laid in the master decided we really weren't in love with it so decided to do something different in the hall bath. We were told we could return our tile and it took a couple weeks before my husband could find the time to return it (as it is heavy!). At the store they refused to accept all four boxes of tile stating "we could only return it if they had it in stock". Bait and switch. We also do business with floor and decor and they will take back all unused tile (even single pieces). Further, Bedrosians has now implemented an 8% "surcharge" due to the rising price of gas. I find this annoying as you aren't aware of this fee when choosing your tile! Just raise your prices if you must. read more

I was on a tight timeline and I did not have an A-Frame, nor the labor to handle over 700lbs of quartz. Sabrina helped me to find a great fabricator that they could deliver to the next day. The fabricator said he could have it cut for me within a couple of hours! Sabrina made my life a lot easier. She responded quickly to my texts and returned all of my calls promptly. Let me be clear here, there service was terrific, delivery was great. Product selection terrific; so why the 1 star? When you shop for granite, tile, etc you typically shop around. Which I did. Bedrosians was local so I wanted to give them a change to match the other proposal, not a local bid. It was a large order as photo shows. They did match it $6.95 a foot, so I went with them. They pointed out there'd be no freight charges etc. Notice on the invoice the subtotal and the taxes don't add up to the total! Shame on my contractor and me for assuming the math in the software was correct. But as you see it's off by about $2000 dollars! There is no line item misc fees, etc. Well... off to the left are Handling fee, Labor fee, and surcharge making them more expensive than the other bid that did not "deceivingly phantom" charge these added fees. I looked back thru my invoices, there are adding these "phantom" charges to everything you buy and not including them in the total column either. Mortar, plastic spacer clips, everything had phantom charges. I asked the sales rep to get me the manager. Chris, the manager came out. One word describes this guy. Prick! He raised his voice with me in an attempt to intimidate me from the get go. I explained I can yell too - likely louder. He continued to act aggressive and refused to understand that charging fees not appearing in the "totals" was deceptive, intentional or not. He continually denied it was a problem. I showed him invoices from other vendors showing surcharges, delivery etc IN THE TOTAL column. There should clearly be a misc charge row in the total column. epic consumer fail. The sales rep, softly, trying to keep he job said other people had complained and gave me the phone number for corporate to call. That call lead nowhere. Very disappointing. Secondly, even though this tile IS ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR, it's considered by them a special order, so the two extra pallets of pavers is not returnable even with a restocking fee. That said, is anything on the showroom floor, not special order? I will never give them my business again. Chris the manager should be fired. read more

Finished the order this weekend and was happy with the overall transaction. Picked up an entire lot of Tavertine tile. About 20% more than needed but it is always a good idea to have extra matching tile. The ONLY issue we had was the Warehouse manager who almost blew the whole deal with TERRIBLE customer service. Lucky the Store Manager was on scene to smooth things over. Happy with Store Manager and sales rep Emrah...but what rock did you all dig up the angry guy working in the warehouse? Best to keep him away from customers next time! Overall happy with transaction and this business and will do business again as long as I do not have to deal with warehouse manager working on Saturdays. read more

The driver who dropped off were awesome too. One even apologized for the mistake because he made a miscalculation which caused this whole mess. The tile are very nice as well, bunch broken but good tile. The only thing I wanted was to make sure my project was completed in a timely manner. Thats why I wanted to talk to a manager. However, as stated in my first post after Josh said he was going to bring the police to my house to get the over supply of tile you folks dropped off two months prior; I told Josh I was going to get legal advice. This is NOT a customer service oriented company. Your manager used poor words to intimidate me. He was very rude and unprofessional. If I was the owner of a company I would not want him representing the most important thing I own my company name. Sue even your response back is proof enough. You could have just said sorry and this is just a one off mistake, but NO you wanted to make sure that small glove fit that large hand. read more

Bedrosians has a great selection of tile but their customer service is terrible. I am having a BR and kitchen remodel done and my contractor recommended Bedrosians. I went in several times to look around on both weekends and weekdays. I never received help from any staff. This is not atypical in my experience as a woman shopping alone in a "home improvement" business. I know my project is probably small in comparison to others, but it's big to me and I had money to spend. I will never go back to Bedrosians. In July, I purchased 16 boxes of stone tile. When I opened them in February, half of the tiles were broken. Taking them back the store, we were overwhelmed that the store agreed to replace all of the broken stone tiles. What a great relief. The process of shopping for any of the above is not necessarily exciting to most, but for someone like myself who is remodeling their kitchen, it's a much needed one-stop shop. We were sent here by our contractor. It's one of those massive buildings off Sunrise that you'd never think twice about unless you were actually seeking out such a store. Inside, you'll find a massive display room filled with thousands of samples and model kitchens and bathrooms to show them off. We were helped by a gentleman who was nice and patient considering we had a 2/12 year old running wild down the aisles. I docked them a star because their policy is to discard an order after a certain amount of time. When our project was finally ready for our contractor to order the backsplash, they had no record of the grout we originally ordered and we had to go through the selection again. Bedrosians is a great place to go if you're looking for tile, marble, or granite for your home. They have a very wide variety of options and they also have examples of bathrooms, kitchens, and patios to help you with your ideal planning. If you know what you want, or if you're planning to just browse, this is a great place for you to go. The only downside of shopping at a place like this is that the customer service (as you can read by other people's reviews), is horrendous. All the people at the front are extremely snooty, and don't expect to be greeted when you walk through the store. Even when you're ready to be helped, you might have to wait, or even get a little snarky attitude. (Which is quite shocking considering anyone willing to BUY anything at this store is probably spending MUCHO dinero.) I've bought tile here before and I am extremely satisfied with the tiles. I came to the bedrosian slab department in the back to look around. I had no intention of buying anything YET but they have SUCH a great selection! The staff is extremely helpful without being pushy. They aren't happy with something unless YOU are totally happy with it! I ended up working with Patricia who had the guys move slab after slab of quartz, until I found one I loved. Then when she gave me a price sheet and I put it on hold, she remembered that my slab had been there a while. She re-ran the numbers and gave me the clearance price!!! She saved me around $900. My wife and I bought a ton of tile from bedrosian with the promise from the sales person we could return what we didn't need whenever we were done with the remodel. When I tried returning the tile we didn't use, the manager refused. In other words, the people at bedrosian are not honest and have zero credibility. Stay away from these scammers. read more

Poor customer communication. We are redoing our two bathrooms and kitchen, starting on the main bathroom. Tiling the bathtub with white subway tile, and was looking for an accent tile to tie the colors of the floor and painted walls together. After searching numerous other tile companies, ended up at Bedrosians, took samples home, and chose one. Left message with the lady who assisted me the next morning so the order could come up on Friday's truck. Received return call at 4:30 on saying they need signed agreement and payment, they can't take orders over the phone. WTF? I could have driven down that same morning had I known! Next morning go to showroom, pay for tile, was told it "might be on the Friday truck, more likely Monday truck." No call received Friday. Oh, well. Monday afternoon, still no call. I call them, they tell me it had been there since Friday. What?!? I didn't get a call that it was in! "We don't call anybody when their delivery is in," they said. Then why did they ask for my telephone number? Lousy customer service. I realize that my first order was under $100, but I will will be taking my business for the other bathroom and kitchen tile from a different supply house. By the way, they also charge an additional freight fee for shipments on top of the cost of the tile. UPDATE: Josh called me the next day after this post. He said that they should call customers when their order is in, and he would like to personally assist me with my next order. Alas. read more

I am so grateful for the wonderful service we received from Bedrosians. We had a tight budget and bought an "orphan" slab from Bedrosians that was one of the last of its kind available. When this slab demonstrated a defect that made it unuseable for our purposes, Sara in the slab room tied herself in knots to try to run down a replacement slab to try to keep the installation from falling behind. She was unfailingly courteous, professional, and ALWAYS did what she said she was going to do. If she said she would call or email us back, we got called or emailed back. If we missed each other, then the rest of the office did a GREAT job making sure she got the message, and was also supportive and polite. No one said "that's not my department, call back later". I even dialed the showroom by mistake once and the sales staff took a message and ran it back to Sara. It should not be that this is exceptional service - this used to be "normal" for a good company- but after COVID, sadly this is not the case. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised in every way by my treatment as a valued customer, even though we were just buying ONE slab, that I can't say enough to thank these folks for carrying the torch forward for good business practices. So we hired a company to tile our dining room. The tile was ordered over a month ago. We were assured the tile would be here o time for scedualed install date. The first day of install they went to pick up the tile and it was not there no call from them letting us know about any delay. They just said it would take another week. No apologies or even trying to help. Now I have 25 people co.ing for Thanksgiving and will have to walk on cement board. read more

Wow, this place used be to be a great place. Lately, not sure what happened. We have purchased almost all of our granite and tile from here for our new house. We had good service until recently, when we were sold a bad batch of granite that should have never been on the floor, (cracked). They tried to convince our fabricators that we purchased it cracked, but they knew better and refused it. They had me driving all over to their other locations only to find out that I have to pay more for a second choice that was ok. My tile which is pretty pricey, came in with broken sheets, which they were nice enough to reorder but someone dropped the ball and didn't get it to us in time, so I've asked for a refund for the 6 sheets which are pretty pricey because my guy had to finish everything today. I think that Bedrosians forgets how they impact the customer. I'm hoping that they issue the credit without issue, it's clearly another error on their part that they didn't get it to us in time. read more
