Met with Brad Mayes in November to see what Though Shed had to offer. I had shopped around for a couple of years, investigated a number of other manufacturers but could not find anything that I was willing to spend money on. Many had gaps between the top plates and studs, other issues that simply did not add up to a quality job. I found Tough Shed to be much superior to other manufacturers in quality. I elected to purchase a 10'x20' barn style shed with the loft option and good quality ramps. I was a bit concerned about the installation, but Brad assured me that the installers are top quality and do a great job. Due to budgeting considerations, installation day did not come until March 13, 2023. Hugo and his teammate did the installation quickly, efficiently and last but NOT LEAST did an EXCELLENT job. The shed was almost completely installed in one day. Daylight faded before all the metal roofing pieces had been installed. Hugo made arrangements to come and finish the roof in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone. Great work, pleasant and polite, very professional. Absolutely pleased with both the shed and the installation of the shed. I found the Tuff Shed design tool three months ago and started experimenting with it to see what features they could provide in a shed. The more I worked with it the better I felt about the potential of their products. After I saved a design, I was contacted the next day by Kat in the Salt Lake City office. She asked if I had any questions and was very helpful and professional. I needed some time to make a decision on a purchase and she stayed in touch during the process. I made an appointment with Kat at their office, so I could inspect some of their display models and checkout their quality. I was impressed. We finalized the design and she included some promotional items to sweeten the deal. Overall, the purchase process was smooth and efficient. I replaced an old 1930s detached garage and built new. The process started back in February, but when Covid it, some things had to be put on hold to see how we were going to get through this. Tuff Shed was great to work with and understood where I was coming from and we delayed the project till late fall. Covid sure through some curve balls, but finally got the garage built and am very pleased with the way the structure turned out including details to the look that I had requested. The crew that did the build did an excellent job- great teamwork, cleaned up, listened to my concerns and even showed up early all three days of the build. Definitely happy! The process as professional and easy. Tough Shed quickly scheduled an installation date that was convenient for us and communicated with us regularly in the interim to remind us of the date, what we needed and what we needed to do to prepare and make the installation easy. I just had a Tuff Shed put in at my new home. The experience from start to finish was outstanding. I met with James (Sales and Design) to look at what we wanted in a shed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He sent me a quote after he created an image of the shed and placement of the door and other parts to the shed. WOW !! Very impressive! Tuff Shed crew showed up on time at 08:30 and was very organized. The supervisor briefed me and they went to work. Within about 30 minutes the foundation was built and they were working on raising the walls. At the hour mark all the walls and flooring was installed. 3 hours later they completed my 12 x 16 shed. The only issue was a broken window during delivery, which they came back the next day and installed a new one. I had my 10x12ft.Tuff Shed installed on a 10x20ft. pad yesterday as I will be using it as a shed/club house/patio for my backyard putting green. It is very high quality and looks great.
