However, I get daily marketing emails from Traeger so my email is correct. Today I tried to Chat and wait time was zero minutes, but no one connected. I then called customer service and explained my dilemma and the man said all shipping was free (NOT!), but Checkout Cart included $75 Shipping Fee. I asked customer service if they could email me the code. He said no. I then asked to speak with someone else, and he said that he would first have to create a Case#. What crap! I'm so glad I did not buy one of their grills if basic customer service is SO BAD.

After dealing with repeated problems, I reported it about five months after purchase. The support I received was disappointing. The company seems to rely heavily on phone support and sending replacement parts, but that doesn't solve a potentially unsafe product issue like repeated flare-ups or fires. To make matters worse, the corporate representative I spoke with came across as rude and dismissive. The interaction felt very scripted and "corporate," rather than focused on actually resolving the situation. I've always liked Traeger products, which makes this even more frustrating. But based on this experience, I can't justify recommending this model. Spending this kind of money only to deal with safety concerns and poor support is unacceptable. Bottom line: Good past experience with the brand, but this unit--and the support behind it--missed the mark. I expected better.

This company has horrible customer service. Look Sun Products up, they make lots of products that I will no longer purchase. They make me sick!
