Outstanding Customer Service!! I recently had an issue where I ordered the wrong size shed. The mistake was not discovered until the installation of the shed was 70% complete. Working with Dominic and the Spokane Tuff Shed office the mistake was corrected. The original shed was dismantled returned and a new shed was ordered and installed within 2 weeks. We negotiated a financial solution which included paying for the 2nd shed and paying what I felt was a nominal fee for the 1st shed to cover taking it down and returning it to Spokane (3 hours away). Working through Dominic to accomplish this solution was amazingly easy. I really felt I might have to pay full price for both sheds. Kudos to Dominic and the Spokane Tuff Shed people for making this happen. Above and beyond excellent service. Dominic Sanders was the person I worked with, and he did a great job of listening to what I needed for a shed and helped me pick the right features for the shed. We purchased a Tuff-Shed 10'x12' shed in Spokane and we couldn't be happier with it. From the start the experience was pleasant and easy. We ordered the shed online on Monday. Got a call on Tuesday that the shed would be installed by Friday. When I read through all the contractual language it stated 'within 45 days'. Talk about under promising and over performing! Rick Gibson is extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. I ordered the shed I wanted then went about trying to find someone to lay the gravel pad. Tuff Shed worked with me on schedule delays while I looked for a gravel pad installer. great job! A single worker assembled and painted our new shed, on-site, in about 4hrs and it's just what we asked for. He wasn't given must space to work in, either! There were some vents that needed added, and an adjustment to the shelves that needed made, for easier access to the door handles, but he took care of those thing at the same time. no problems?
