Outstanding Customer Service!! I recently had an issue where I ordered the wrong size shed. The mistake was not discovered until the installation of the shed was 70% complete. Working with Dominic and the Spokane Tuff Shed office the mistake was corrected. The original shed was dismantled returned and a new shed was ordered and installed within 2 weeks. We negotiated a financial solution which included paying for the 2nd shed and paying what I felt was a nominal fee for the 1st shed to cover taking it down and returning it to Spokane (3 hours away). Working through Dominic to accomplish this solution was amazingly easy. I really felt I might have to pay full price for both sheds. Kudos to Dominic and the Spokane Tuff Shed people for making this happen. Above and beyond excellent service. To top it all off, I now have a beautiful, functional Tuff Shed for use in my Yard. read more

Update to previous review January 2024. Tuff Shed thankfully agreed to resolve the nail/electrical problem. They chose and hired an electrician and a contractor. ( same guy who inadvertently caused this problem last December hammering in over 20 nails). This electrician checked the circuit which kept tripping since last December. (it was ok before the "new" nails were banged in). Electrician eventually got the gfci not to trip on circuit which powered ceiling lights and 2 outlets. Great! (This was on 4/16/2024). THREE DAYS LATER lost power on this same circuit and the gfci outlet could not be reset. Contacted the SPOKANE VALLEY TUFF SHED office and was told; "There is nothing more we can do. You are welcome to reach out to our legal team". !!!!!! This was April and we have not had power since on this circuit. We are going to hire our own contractor and electrician and have them do what should have been done on 4/16. Remove exterior panel(s) to locate problem nail(s). Then we will sent their invoice to Tuff Shed. If they refuse to pay, then we will file a court claim. After spending over $14,000 dollars with a local business, it is a shame that we have to do this. It is only fair to expect a business to provide customers with 100% SERVICE and ACCOUNTABILITY. (ESPECIALLY A LARGE COMPANY LIKE TUFF SHED) read more

Awesome Shed! Great quality, better than the ones I compared with. Price is reasonable. Very solid. Very cool steel frame doors with awesome door locks. The installers were professional and friendly (Philip and Konstantin). Looks like shed's parts were prebuilt at Tuff Shed and then the installers put it together on-site. For those who likes to complain: Think before you buy, right now the construction in all fields is overwhelmed with amount of requests and orders. So yes, the shed installation may be out couple months, pay attention to your emails, they will send you the delivery date. Their communication may not be perfect due to too much work, just wait for the dates they promised. Be patient - it's worth it :) Will totally buy from them again if I ever buy another shed like this. read more

***Update 04/30*** I made this post less than 24 hours ago. Since then, I have received a response back from someone from TuffShed through yelp, which is nice, but also had two individuals mark my review as "Funny". If you look at other reviews that are critical of Spokane's Tuff Shed you'll see the same thing. It's pretty clear that the individuals who marked this post as funny are Tuff Shed employees who're upset someone would question the quality of their work, which isn't surprising based on their lack of customer service skills. Once again, I would think twice before using this company to provide you a shed. They'll provide you a substandard product and be rude to you through the entire process. *** Just had my shed put in today. Overall i'm not very satisfied with the quality of the shed that was put in, nor the level of customer service provided by Tuff Shed. 1) The inside looked awful but luckily the gentleman who installed the shed (a contractor, not a tuff shed employee) put a decent amount of effort into cleaning it out. He claimed he hadn't seen them this messy before. 2) The foundation for the shed is made out of metal. The metal has an extreme amount of oxidation....I'm not sure why they'd let it pass through their quality checks, but it looks awful. 3) I called TuffShed once the installation was completed to ask for support on the oxidation, and the gentleman that picked up the phone was not very supportive on the matter. He made it sound like I was inconveniencing him by even calling about the issue, and that I should buff out the oxidation on my own....After spending over 2k on the shed that's not happening....He finally mentioned he'd ask around and try to get someone out here...Not very promising so we'll see if that even happens. If you don't mind bad customer service, thoughtless business practices and faulty accounting, then buy your shed from the Spokane dealer. From the initial inquiry call to today's charging my credit card a second time for the final payment, it's been a nightmare. My only bright spot has been communicating with manager, Lance McCarthy. He's the only one who cares and makes a difference. Our old Tuff Shed in western Washinton was ordered without a hitch, professionally delivered and built in a day. Easy peasey. With the Spokane operation it took a week to order, a week to build (missing parts and contractor scheduling) and over twenty calls to the Denver headquarters and Spokane office to get things straightened out - and now I am spending time to rectify their bookkeeping mistake three weeks after the fact! business bureau reported! scam alert! they tried charging me a restocking fee and never delivered the shed! i scheduled my shed to be installed four months ago. didn't bother to give an update, schedule and rescheduled multiple times because nobody ever showed up or bother to call that they were not coming to install or even apologize! they never showed up to deliver my shed after 4 months! i cancelled the order and they threaten me to charge me a restocking fee! this is a scam! and i would never recommend anyone give them even a penny! worst customer service! nancy is a racist woman and her supervisor jeff is racist as well! read more

We recently had a 8' x 12' Tuff Shed installed. I am very unhappy with how it was constructed. The two-man crew should not be mistaken for carpenters; they are merely installers with a primary focus on speed rather than craftsmanship. I'm attaching photos that display some of their shoddy work. Tuff Shed's look good and appear quite sturdy. However, don't consider buying one without some guarantee of a quality installation. And definitely don't pay the entire cost up front like I did; I now have little recourse. I suggest a 50% down payment with the rest paid after satisfactory installation. read more

(1-year review update). We've had the shed for nearly a year and through a rough winter. Still very pleased with our investment. Lots of room, storage shelf comes in very handy, good ventilation, decent natural light, double doors in front and back a big plus, no water leaks or issues. We researched many different options last year and are very glad we chose the team at Tuff-Shed. ---------- This was a very good experience all around. From guiding me to best value to executing a smooth installation, the folks at Tuff-Shed were easy to work with, thorough in their information, and met all expectations. We got our shed installed. The day of installation when doing the roof I asked if they are using felt before shingles and he said no..not on these. I thoght about it weeks later and called them to ask why no felt. They said : "not in your model" I was appalled because I spent almost 1800.. read more

Brandon Bergstrom was easy to work with from start to finish on our new tough shed. We had a couple of issues - we are off grid and needed to go get a 5000 watt generator to run the air compressor for the installer. Be sure to clarify that up front. We also had an issue with the roll up door having scratches / dents but got that resolved within a day. We love the shed and will use Brandon again when we put the next one in! read more
