We made our selection and the guy at the register was chill. We headed to the regular registers after getting a drink and those guys were just as pleasant with us as the people before us. Great selection and very clean store. They have the lowest gas prices in town. Some items may be more expensive but you are paying for the convenience. I have have always believed in buying local. This store is run by the indigenous people of the area. I have found that if you are polite to them, they are very polite. Buy local and help your community. read more

Not only did the cashier not greet me when I held out my hand for my change, instead of putting it in my hand the slams it on the counter and no thank you, just looking away and scowling like I am some evil white person. Surpasses any rest stop anywhere, ever. We stopped by on the way back from Bellingham and I was shocked. Their bathrooms are large and CLEAN! That left the biggest impression right off the bat. They have a huge selection of food...beers on tap and a bar to drink them at....and a whole liquor store there (with some really nice bottles of bourbon)! I've experienced nothing but kindness from this gas station market. The gas is decent and the service is great. I don't understand how the reviews are so bad when it's simply a gas station. It's not my first time this has happened. It's happened before. I had a gift card for $100 to there this time. Only have been there twice before today.first time 43 and second 36 plus a little change on each. Went today got a cup of noodle, salted cashews, sun chips, zen water, and 15 pk of keystone light. I swipe my card. The lady says you only have 19 on here. So I said take off the other items and it came to 17. She says swipe your card again didn't work. Oh wait declined she says. She immediately says let me check the balance. Oh it says zero She says. I said you told me before there was 19 on Here. Oh well there's a number you can call on the card. So I said funny how the amount just disappeared and said mad and left. Turns out there is no number to call on the card. Something tells me she will be using it for herself or is scamming people out of $ she not only lied to me once about Balance but also about calling number on card (there was none). She definitely has done this before. I recommend not going here. They are crooks. This has happened to me before and my father. Hope other people have noticed this too. read more

It was just before 12am and my 16 year old son ran out of gas on the freeway. I went to this station to get a gas can and the cashier locked the door, seeing that I was coming in. When I told him I needed to buy a gas can, he told me to come back tomorrow. It would have taken an extra minute to help me out. Lazy...lazy...!!! read more

Friday June 14, 2019. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR GROWLER FILLING FOLKS ON HOW TO DO IT PROPERLY. PLEASE. This morning around 11:15 am we stopped in to get a growler of St. George Vortex IPA. One of our favorites. The keg indicator showed it the keg was at least half full. The beer filler lady was very nice and cleaned our nasty growler that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival at Tulalip Market. It was gross and she took the time to clean it. That was very, very nice of her. What was NOT NICE when we asked for a fill of Vortex IPA she put the filler hose in the growler and then turned on the tap full on. The beer immediately foamed over the top and she just waited for the foam to subside and did the same thing over and over until we had a full growler of FLAT BEER. It took extra long as she foamed the beer over and over until it was flat as, well, you take if from here, just super flat. I didn't want to hurt her feelings or piss her off and so I did not say anything. When we got home I waited until our usual "cocktail hour" around 5 Friday evening and poured our first beer. Flat, flat, flat.....what a waste. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR GROWLER FILLERS ON HOW TO FILL A DARN GROWLER. Please understand, we love this place and the amazing beer selection, but we just spent 15 bucks for a growler of flat beer. And we do own part of the situation, we probably should have said something....next time....(maybe). What would you do? read more

3 Weeks dealing a with double charge. Screenshots from my bank app and the bank printed a statement but not good enough need a official statement as if the 2 visible charges weren't good enough. Finally went to the bank yet again and still it would take a 1 month from corporate to send out a statement, because everything is digital. Finally they advise to go though the fraud department. Within 4 hours I got my money back. Worst customer experience ever. Stay away go to WinCo to buy your booze and tobacco, better yet get a electric car so you can avoid this place in general. read more

I really, truly, seriously want to love this market with a full 5 stars. Unfortunately, the terrible customer service I get every time I'm there, is enough to knock it down to 3. Beer/booze selection alone earns it a 5, and I could honestly leave it at that for mediocre service. But holy crap! Everyone who works here, hates their job & they are way too quick to let you know. The growler fill station is the coolest thing to happen to Marysville, ever. Instead of capitalizing on this by providing great, knowledgable bar tenders, you're left with a front row seat to a co-worker fight about who "has to be in growlers." My boyfriend & I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to stop crying enough to finally pout our beer. I can't believe these people are comfortable enough with their job security that they think openly fighting about the services stated on the outside of the building between each other, is a good way to start a customer interaction.
