Attenden people, this is the worse school district ever, I have 4 kids going to this school…read moredistrict. One is 3rd, 4th and 9 grader. The 3 and 4 going to the same school but get out at different time, that mean I have to pick up one at 2:30 and come back pick up the second one at 3:30. That was 2 trips and I have to pick up the 9 grader at different school at 3:10. And that not it. For a holidays the elementary was off and the high school kids have to go to school, their days of are different, I can't have a long vacation with out one. These people are on top and desires what was good for the parent, but they do not think for parents like us, so stupid. . The reason I am saying this because I can't go to work because of my kids schedules. The district doesn't seem to push people like me to go to work. That why we stay home and get benefits from the government. This city will never improve. .do no move here..

When I told her about what I needed, she stated she couldn't find my information in the system. She emailed a document for me to sign and after I signed the record release form she was still unable to help me. I went into the office the next morning and asked to speak with her since she was the one already helping me. While I was waiting for her, I could see she was busy with someone else. I heard her ask if the lady waiting was Lydia (me), even though she could've just asked me because I was near her. She still didn't acknowledge me just standing there instead of telling me "I'll be right with you" or something like that would've been nice. The reason why I give this review four stars is because it wasn't until a lady named Sandy came over to me and started helping me. She was awesome! She also had a problem trying to find me in their system (she said it was a new system and I was probably in the old one). She went to their IT in the office for help and was able to find me in the system quickly and give me copies of my transcripts. She seemed to understand my situation and just took it upon herself to help. Thank you Sandy for going above and beyond in helping me!

She responded so well to their teaching/behavior correction style that we implement it at home as well. The staff have all been amazing and treat my daughter like one of their own. They have also been very accommodating during the covid-19 situation and sent home a huge work packet for us to continue our knowledge growth at home. Mrs. Wendy Garrett the Director of the school is down to earth, a wonderful communicator and great with the kids. The teachers Ms. Flora and Ms.Valecia and AMAZING with my daughter, and I feel that not only is my daughter cared for with lots of love during they day, she is also learning a tremendous amount. I would recommend this school to anyone looking, without hesitation.
