The 3 and 4 going to the same school but get out at different time, that mean I have to pick up one at 2:30 and come back pick up the second one at 3:30. That was 2 trips and I have to pick up the 9 grader at different school at 3:10. And that not it. For a holidays the elementary was off and the high school kids have to go to school, their days of are different, I can't have a long vacation with out one. These people are on top and desires what was good for the parent, but they do not think for parents like us, so stupid. . The reason I am saying this because I can't go to work because of my kids schedules. The district doesn't seem to push people like me to go to work. That why we stay home and get benefits from the government. This city will never improve. .do no move here..

I called the Joint Union High School District office (on Blackstone) because I needed a copy of my…read moreofficial transcripts. The first day I had spoken with a woman named Janice. When I told her about what I needed, she stated she couldn't find my information in the system. She emailed a document for me to sign and after I signed the record release form she was still unable to help me. I went into the office the next morning and asked to speak with her since she was the one already helping me. While I was waiting for her, I could see she was busy with someone else. I heard her ask if the lady waiting was Lydia (me), even though she could've just asked me because I was near her. She still didn't acknowledge me just standing there instead of telling me "I'll be right with you" or something like that would've been nice. The reason why I give this review four stars is because it wasn't until a lady named Sandy came over to me and started helping me. She was awesome! She also had a problem trying to find me in their system (she said it was a new system and I was probably in the old one). She went to their IT in the office for help and was able to find me in the system quickly and give me copies of my transcripts. She seemed to understand my situation and just took it upon herself to help. Thank you Sandy for going above and beyond in helping me!

It's been a wonderful experience the last two years with St. Paul's School. We have two daughters,…read moreone at the pre-k level and the other in elementary. My wife and I love the smaller class sizes and the teachers willingness to see that our girls succeed! The campus feels comfortable, safe and inviting. There's always something going on to enrich their experience - field trips, kite day, book fair, carnival, guest speakers and story tellers, student-led chapel, music and art. Parents are very involved in the class rooms. Highly recommend St. Paul's school!

If you're looking for a place where motivation goes to die and time somehow moves both too fast and…read moretoo slow at the same time, Tulare Union High School is the perfect spot. Walking onto campus feels like stepping into a loop of the same day over and over again, except somehow each day gets more exhausting. The food? Let's just say it builds character... and possibly a stronger immune system. The lines are longer than the actual time you get to eat, so by the time you sit down, lunch is basically over. The classrooms are a mix of freezing cold or randomly hot, with no in-between. You either can't feel your fingers or you're trying not to fall asleep from the heat. And don't even get me started on the Wi-Fi--it works great if your goal is to not use it at all. Some teachers are cool, but others act like their class is the only one that exists, assigning enough homework to keep you busy until graduation. Spirit events are hyped up, but somehow still end up being awkward half the time. Overall, if you enjoy chaos, confusion, and wondering why you even showed up that day, this school might be for you.
